Very unProfessional.male Empory and female Manager talking about some Customer that came in.male started ask if he could use Violence on them they did nothing and was Quiet. Saturday 4/30 around 4:30 5:00 talking loud enough whole store could hear.

This is a pretty good dollar general. The white can be a little long to check out unless you do self check out. I don’t really fall this against them, it’s hard for any basis to get and keep employees these days they only reason for four stores instead of five is that they are often out of items I come in for. Maybe they’re just really busy.

Always enjoy shopping at the local Dollar General .. Quick easy in and out with great selection of off brand and name brand items...ranging from milk eggs, electronics, medications, clothing, shoes, diapers, home decorations, seasonal items for every holiday. The workers are amazing definitely need a raise for all that they do & not enough employees to do it all but yet they try their best with an amazing attitude it's a tall manager there he has short brown hair really tall brown face hair he is there every time I have been there & it a shorter man with a red long hair and beard that goes over and beyond for all the customers & with an excellent attitude no matter the situation so even though you guys don't have certain items they make it worth coming there they make a bad day great and what ever may not be there they try to find something similar or that will work and all while stocking helping others and running a cash register and dealing with other rude hateful people and they still manage a smile and a helpful hand

Need more staff on hand to help with quicker check outs. We have had to stand in line, several times, 10 minutes or better before someone is even able to get to the counter for check out, by then there is a line down the isle waiting to be checked out. Due to the workers having to stock, mark clearance, etc and not fully on cashier duty.

I shop at many dollar general stores ,but the ladies that work at this store are by far the nicest and kindest workers. Even on a bad day & crazy customers being awlful. They were very kind and patient ti me today . Thank you Chelsey & Sandy today.

Great place to shop and it's so close. The only throwback is that this location has an issue with running out of their most sought items......their store brand cat and dog food, cat litter, sale items,etc. They do a high volume business but the main office decides what the store gets and how much of each item. They, in my opinion, need to up the volume of their items that sale out so quickly.

They are ALWAYS out of something. I know they were out of the whole freezer section for a good 2 weeks. You never get the same cashier twice, you don't really come across a nice employee and they smoke right at the front door

Was a very neat store in appearance. It had a wonderful place set back from the road making easy in and out traveling. There are lots of needed products for the small area they lived in and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately after making the stop on a hurried trip through the area they did not have the one thing I needed.

The assistant manager was so patient but productive checking people out while the line of couponers got longer because of each ones question about the deals and getting ill over them not reading the count number on coupon before they grabbed it and the other girl on first register had a great hometown friendlyness too I think the asst. Managers name is Christina great service even when busy hours

Decent size and generally seems clean. They changed they layout of the check out area which helped flow there but other areas in the store seem squeezed in. I feel like they could probably get rid of some non-productive stock and spread it out a bit.

Friendly helpful staff, but they are constantly running out of things. Especially your dairy and frozen food items. Store never seems to be stocked properly of frequent enough.

Cashier is sweet as can be. Wasn't rude or anything when I thought I was paying, only to realize the amount I had on me was NOT what I thought and she had to void the ticket until I could get back with correct amount.

With no supermarkets in this small community, Dollar General at 5-points (Neel, AL)is the place to go. Love that place. Always friendly & helpful service from the staff. I'll keep coming back.

This is a good place to shop (and the only place) in Neel, besides the (in-)convenience store across the street. Plenty of grocery and necessity items. If you don't want to drive to Hartselle or Decatur, its the place to shop.

it's pitiful when u go in to this dollar store because they wait ✋ until the line is completely wrapt around the whole store then take a freaking break.ils are always full and im the damn way.poor poor poor management they all should be fired immediately

Always, always have to wait in a long line because they only have 1 person on the register. There is usually 2 people working but only 1 checking. It gets to the point of ridiculous sometimes.

Always make this my quick stop shopping place, my only complaint is sometimes it's a little messy Inside. Recovery doesn't always seem to be a priority.

Watch out for the clover Valley milk.tastes awful.last 3 gallons had a sweet taste and a awful aftertaste.wasted money on this for the last time.the people who work there are so nice.the girls always smile and ask if they can help.
