Great staff, from the receptionist, to tech, to the vet. Both of my pets I brought in today had a great first visit and we scheduled a dental. Kind and compassionate staff. They were able to handle my pitbull and trim his nails without sedation, and he was the calmest he's ever been for a nail trim.

The staff was super friendly at first, but I don’t think they deal with a lot of cats. We took our cat there to be fixed and they called that the surgery was done at 10am and pickup was at 1:15 but failed to say they had left him sitting inside his carrier that whole time without a litter box or water. They claimed he was aggressive which I don’t think is very true but even if that’s just cruel. Afterwards they were super rude to us when we were asking questions.

Great vet and vet techs. But you need money up front for initial services and will get hit with fees if you can't make an appointment.Got worked in for a next day appointment. My cat was better the next morning so I didn't take her in. Got hit with a $30 fee and was told my acct was "frozen". Changed to another vet immediately.

This was my first visit with this clinic. It is close to my house so i decided to give it a whirl since my other vets office has now become a much longer commute. I went in for just a yearly visit with one of my fur kids. Every person I dealt with was very pleasant and nice. The vet was super nice and loved on my girl. The assistants were so good with her and the front staff were also friendly. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend it here.

Dr. Green has been the vet for four of own fur babies. Unfortunately, two of them were euthanized, but not until they were 15 & 16 years old (quite old for large breed dogs.) Dr. Green & his staff are the most caring veterinary staff we have had the pleasure to trust with our dogs.

Amazing! We love them. We just moved to this area and our cat suddenly became terribly ill. They saw us same day and helped us get her back on her feet. Dr Greene told us where to take her for emergency vet and he was right. We cant thank them enough! The staff is also amazing. Friendly, compassionate and calm even in emergency when my husband and I were freaking out. Will take all of our animals and send people we know there now.

We recently took the baby of the family for her 1st canine wellness visit. This was all new to her so we wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff went above & beyond to make her feel at ease and at no time did we feel our visit was rushed. We were also allowed to be with her during the entire appt which eased our minds as well. Dr. Green & his staff are awesome with the animals. I like the fact that it’s right here in town, fast & convenient is also a plus. We will definitely continue using them as we have in the past with our other animals. Thanks again for loving on our Millie. 🐾

You guys rock! The front desk staff were very professional & very helpful! The vet techs who gave Rowdy his vaccinations were so kind and gentle with him that he gave them kisses when they finished. Doc as usual listened intently to all my questions and gave complete & informative responses and advice. The charges are very reasonable as well! Rowdy will be 8 this year and we have never gone to any other Vet unless we were out of town and needed care asap!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is fantastic. The service is exemplary. My skiddish 104lb pup handled their gentle understanding care beautifully. Everytime my pets go to Trinity, I know they are in great hands! My 12 year old deaf dog has been handled with such patience and understanding. Dr. Green made sure my susceptible dog had the proper sedation for a procedure. My cat had surgery on short notice over a year ago and Dr. Green saved his ear. Finding a vet that listens and cares is harder than you think. This place rocks, front desk, techs, everybody there is great!

We had used Dr Green with our fur baby but we called Dr Green's office due to our dog had fallen and broke her hip. We did not know at the time she had broke her hip. I called the office as soon as it happened but was told the office was closing in ten minutes and they would not see her until the next day at 9:15. I told them it was really bad but they refused to see her. We called other vets. We called Care animal hospital and they had never seen her before but was quickly willing to see her. They stayed way after closing time and were great. They didn't complain when we got there that it was closing time. I will not ever again take one of my fur babies to Trinity. Very rude!!

Dr. Green is a good vet & has been treating my dog coming up on 5 years, ever since he was a puppy & my dog hasn't bit him once or even growled at him. Fact is, my dog enjoys going to the Trinity Animal Hospital

My parents use Dr. Greene and he’s been very helpful. However, today they spoke with a very rude receptionist to schedule a spay for their cat. She advised there is a $25 deposit for spays/neuters. My parents and I are from Michigan, and questioned this policy, as no vets we’ve ever dealt with in Michigan have ever had this policy. She became very rude and demeaning. In a time of fraud and identity theft, of course my parents are going to question this policy, when it’s something they’ve never experienced before. It’s also worth noting that my parents are in good standing with Dr. Greene - no balances or unpaid services, and always pay in full with no issues. Dr. Greene - my parents love your service, but please work on your staff.
