Mike, the owner of Miller's, lets his deer hang for several days with the hide on and you can tell the difference in the meat. It's so tender that you can cut it with a fork. He does many different types of sausages and jerky. His taxidermy work is amazing too! Most definitely worth the drive to go see him and his crew.

The owner and the staff are extremely helpful, informative and do an excellent job of processing our deer meat. He also does excellent European European skull mounts.
