Prices never ring up whats on shelf. Was overcharged for 2 items. . Then i didnt get coupons. Employees dont care either. Then charged 5.85 for something i didnt get . My car is in shop so i cant go back. Will not go back in dollar general again. They are ripping ppl off

the majority of Dollar General Personnel are always courteous, extremely helpful, and we'll go out of their way to assist you in finding something just like tonight when I couldn't find something that I had past 12 different times. I've had a broken wrist for several weeks and consistently at the three stores and most frequent your ladies and gentlemen have offered to carry bags out for me one the other night and when it was pouring down rain. They make me feel comfortable and genuinely feel like they like me and like having me in their store. I always find the restrooms clean, I always find the Personnel very helpful, once in awhile you make someone that's not quite so friendly but I find that recognizing how tired they are, many have been working two jobs to support a family, and talking to them like friends makes them feel a little better and makes me feel a little better.

Clean and Young Man at register was very friendly. He IS always friendly. To everyone, he greets them when they come in. Tell them about the survey on the receipt to take he's just a very friendly young man he always drinks everybody at the register and tell them to have a good evening or a nice day he's just a really friendly kid seems like he'd be somebody you need to keep around makes my visit worth going to there just to have somebody that nice to me.

Easy convenient location and can easily be seen from the main highway. The floor is well stocked with everything from food, snacks, drinks, to toys, clothing, and makeup. The sell cat and dog foods and an array of cleaning and household products. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here.

I use to love the dollar general . Lately, the good employees seem ran down. Robin and the shorter older lady with glasses total sweethearts and helpful. The shorter lady one day was running store by herself while manager was napping in the back she had line around the store, and was running her tail off helping others This key holder or manager also acts all over the place. It is a good store over all when staffing is worked out.

The folks here had to have been girl and boy scouts, they were friendly, courteous, and kind, very prepared and knowledgeable of the store. First time I' ve been in the store, best service ever! This is the Dollar General off of the Dodge City and Jasper exit, exit 299. This is my favorite Dollar General store. The employees are always friendly, and helpful. I always stop in their either before or after I make my trip to Dunkin Donuts., to get a DD beverage, relax, & get away from my horrible, mean neighbors. Dollar General also has good sales sometimes, if you download their digital coupons, you save even more money.

I walked into this dollar general this morning. I didnt get three steps past one of the employees when I overheard him say "he's homeless and something else I couldn't make out. Most everyone is a paycheck away from walking the streets including you and your "flip flops" I've seen you wearing. For the record I'm not homeless. But it's not for your to open your mouth about to offer your "opinion" of others while in Dollar generals uniform. You give them a bad name and worst of all. You make yourself look unprofessional andsmall. You need retrained on how to be a grown up while your wearing the big boy pants. If notifying your district manager and whoever else I can think of that is in the position to remove you from interacting with customers or train you to do better at that. I'm not putting your name in here but you know who you are.

The card terminals are always down, and the store is always poorly stocked. I would say to only come here if you need to grab something quickly, but a "quick trip" will end up taking ages because of their slow staff.

It's a Nice & clean Store, & the employees are very helpful ...the store has a lot of items. They Normally they have what you're looking for. And Its close to the Interstate, so that's a plus, easy on.... & easy off I-65.

It was a nermal DG store, oganized, easy to find what your looking for, decent prices. The staff was really helpful. I was trying to find a way to cover and keep safe furniture in my truck bed while traveling. Thanks to those 2 ladies letting me borrow scissors and such, I made it work, and now keep the garbage bags and duct tame, as suggested, in my truck. Insanely helpful and it was closingbtime.

I actually went to a DIFFERENT Dollar General Store. The one in Dodge City has much friendlier employees and management, plus if you go to the check out a cart OVERFLOWING WITH MERCHANDISE, they don't roll their eyes at you or act as if you are committing some kind of terrible crime.Update: make sure you don't EVER have a question regarding their pricing standards on the NIGHT SHIFT! The NIGHT MGR. gets extremely testy when you ask her anything regarding that subject. So I must admit I have forfeited this store from my list of shopping venues. I really want my money to be appreciated wherever it is spent and I want it to be spent honestly and not at a business where prices are jacked up at the register but advertised lower 0 sale paper. That is extremely misleading to a customer and in my opinion it should be against the law, actually, I think it is!

I would recommend shopping here to anyone. Store is very neat and Tidy with ample product's on the shelves and available for the customers. Employees are top notch with customer service first and foremost.

Excellent alternative to large stores. Better prices on almost everything other than pet food and supplies. Their CLOVER VALLEY brand products are just as good, if not better than than the name brands, and most times, half the cost. C.V. cookies and bread are made on the same assembly lines as Keebler, Nabisco and Wal-Mart brands. D.G. labeled batteries are also excellent, as well and much, much less expensive than Duracell, Ray-O-Vac, Energizer and others.

For the location of this store, which is right next to the interstate, the prices are competitive with other stores in their chain as well as similar discount stores. Their prices are definitely cheaper than similar items at neighboring truck stops.

Staff unfriendly when needed to locate an item, unorganized, and cashier was rude before she even made it to the register to ring me up and then to ring me up and still have an attitude. Poor poor service overall.
