The short grey haired woman that worked with the super sweet autistic man on September 1st needs some correction. It isn’t my job to tell a manager how to run her ship, but I know she’d be disappointed with this behavior. She was slamming her hand on the counter and cursing about this young man. She had customers in front of me laughing at him. It was disgusting! I can assure if I see her there I will leave and go down to the next exit. If she doesn’t have the knowledge and patience to work with people who have special needs then she should not be scheduled with them. She embarrassed that young man and I made sure to show her how it feels. She really showed her character and it’s repulsive.

There is an older lady with short grey hair that works here and she is out of line when it comes to the way she speaks to her coworkers. An autistic man works with her and she speaks to him like he is a child and has no patience. She should not be working with him or treating him the way that she does especially in front of customers by yelling at him and talking down to him. I wanted to leave my items and walk out of the store and I will never be back. This is uncalled for.

I had no problem finding the things I was shopping for. Everything I went into the store for was in stock. The employees we're very professional, personable, and friendly. This is not either one of my local Dollar general stores. I usually go out of my way to shop at this Dollar General store because it's such a great experience as far as Dollar General stores go.

Excellent management you can tell by how everything operates seamlessly when Amy is on duty. Courteous and cheerful atmosphere to shop in. First rate customer service provided by good natured staff members.

This Hanceville Dollar General is the best store I have ever visited. Very clean and well organized. Never seen any others in Alabama this nice!
