Great store. Friendly staff. The customer service at this store makes you feel like your visiting a local hardware store from a long time ago........ great customer service and always have what you need. The6 seem to actually care about their customers. I'll go here over one of the Big Box hardware stores any day.

We stopped by. Wow, what a big place. We entered the store and were greeted by very nice cashiers. We asked for help and we were immediately directed to the location. We found exactly what we needed and checked out with no issues.We are not locals but have family down the road. We will definitely be back. Thanks Dodge City ACE!

Landon and Trembel went well above and beyond to educate me on the differences between Stihl Weed Eaters. I purchased confidently. Customer service here is better than most 5 star hotels with a welcoming environment and positive energy. Will check here before Lowe’s from now on.

This Ace Hardware is fast becoming one of my favorite stores. They have a gigantic collection of key blanks. They made keys for me when Lowe's said they didn't have the key blank.

Y'all's manager that also works at the curry store is amazing awesome person I didn't get his name but he saved me today without him I would be sleeping in my truck with my wife and dog unable to make it home my radiator busted and I had to walk to ace to get some epoxy to patch it to make it home but I wasn't gonna make it before y'all closed and he bought it for me till I got there and drove me to my truck so I didn't have to walk back and I got it fixed and made it home to the rest of my dogs and my bed

Great hardware store, they've got a bunch of stuff packed into that little building. Friendly staff met me at the door and escorted me to everything I needed, no aimless searching required. Add to all that, they give a 10% military discount. Ideal place if you don't feel like going into town to the big box. Highly recommended, will shop there again.

Some help but not enough considering the simple product we were looking for! Employees did not know much about the product to even where it was at on the shelves. However the cashier did try and look it up on the main server of where you get your supplies to know avail did we get any results that was satisfactory! Seems if you have employees they ought to know at least where the location of a product is when it's fairly common.

Comparing it Lowe's or Home Depot the prices are high & don't have a good selection.If it's something simple your doing Ace is just fine but if its a big project I would go ahead and go to Lowe's..

I love the feel of Ace Hardware. The prices are higher on some items than in other stores, but it evens out i suppose. The only complaint is that this Dodge City location is definitely.... NOT the place with the helpful hardware folks. The guys that work here are unhelpful and sometimes even rude. If it wasnt the closest hardware store to my home, i would avoid this store all together... but about twice a year i end up having to visit, and each time, i remember why i havent been in so long.

Nice new store. But service is lacking. Asked twice about an item. Man at the front just pointed both times where to look. What happened to SHOWING someone where something is? Your success is only as good as the people who work for you.
