As usual the pumps won't read a card tried twice it said see cashier. So I walk all the way inside the cashier said leave driver's license or credit card. Not stupid enough to leave credit card unattended with cashier left driver's license. Walk all the way back out to the try three times to get cashier has never turned pump on had to go back inside and get my driver's license. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have a bad back and copd. Which was extremely painful walking all the way inside again. The cashier which I took a picture of him. In case anything comes up about my driver's license and driver's license number that he had. The cashier his butt should be fired he was smiley when I walk back in to get my driver's license. The cashier intentionally did not cut the pump on. He thought it was funny. I wish it would let me post his picture.i have been doing business their since they opened not ever again.

One of the most successful businesses in Hanceville and a trademark of what people are looking for in an otherwise ill opportuned rural town. Convenience. Been a favorite stop of mine since it opened and it is literally down the road. They deal with everyone from the oil man to the hopeless drunk on their last dime and they will always have my respect. The workers do need more compensation for what they do though, but they work very hard.

This place is the worst I’ve ever been to. I found a pubic hair in my food! When I asked that they simply replace it, I was told to “deal with it” and called decrepit. Then, as I was leaving, I overheard management (I think his name was Greg) make inappropriate remarks to an underaged worker. I’m pretty sure they piss in the gas too

Terrible customer service. I purchased gas and snacks. As I was pumping my gas I noticed my front tire was almost flat. I went back in and asked the cashier for a dollar in quarters so I could get air at the air machine in the parking lot. She said I'm sorry I can't do that. She literally would not let me give her a paper dollar for 4 quarters so I could air up my tire. That's ridiculous. I'll never go back to that store!

They have great employees and are very freindly the only thing I don’t like is at night time their are always lots of people just hanging out by the registers or in the store being very loud and disruptive. Also their is one employee who seems to have a very NASTY attitude. Other than that it’s a great place..........for all you ice lovers out their they have the little crunch pellet ice!!!!!

Very convenient location, one of the cashier's was very rude and very unprofessional. She had her son with her, I'm a single parent, so no I'm not saying that was the issue. The issue was him playing with the merchandise on the customer side underneath the counter. Situations like that is what leads to customers such as myself making a purchase and having to return it ( if they take returns) because of either being broke, malfunctioning, or missing something that was supposed to be in the package. Great store, just not so great employee... on that particular day. I'll go i just won't purchase anything electronic, toys, or anything else that is food or a beverage.

I went to this store at 8:40 on Sunday and the doors were locked, when I seen the person standing behind the counter, she had stated "we have to be out of here by nine" when I mentioned the time. If that be the case they need to update their times online for Sunday to closed at 8:30pm instead of 9:00pm.

Love the store and pizza. Visit the store Everytime I'm in town. Just can't stand how the employees are ONLY worried about the men that come in here. The employees are ALWAYS flirting with every man that walks in, I've witnessed it with my own eyes. Yesterday they were flirting so hard with the Sheriff that was there. There other employees on FaceTime with people all the time. If the girls would worry about doing their jobs instead of flirting then the customer service for everyone would be sooooooo much better.

Love Dale's. I always get my gas, candy and most anything else I need. You can get ice or a ice cold drink. Try Dale's and see if you can't find most anything you want or need.

This store has ample space to maneuver around the gas pumps, excellent variety of snacks & drinks, great selection of road trip supplies and novelties, clean restrooms, and an adjacent package store.

Very busy gas station nice and clean when it first open for a number of years it was okay the soda machine no ice has been broken for months the coffee machines keep breaking down what's this guy doing he's making tons of money but he's not keeping the place up all right thank you

Store hours say 4 am to 12 am but closed at 10 o’clock most of the time need to change the hours if you are going to keep closing at 10

We purchase 100 percent gasoline... This place sells it. Prices are slightly lower than other places in this town.
