The is the first time I used this company, but will surely be my new carpet cleaning company. I have never left a negative review for any business. I am aware thatsometimes those reviews are one-sided. I have used this service before without any complaint however I called a few days ago to schedule rug and furniture to be cleaned. I was asked totest my info and I would get a call/text back. I waited a day andcalled again. I realize everyone is busy. I was told on my secondattempt that he was waiting on a call back from a larger contractand didn't want to schedule me in case larger contract wanted thesame day. I asked would he call me back. I another day later andstill no call back three days later. It goes without saying I know Imay be a smaller job customer but now I won't be a customer at all.Hope he got the big contract because he won't have my businessany more.
