I enjoy shopping at Walmart. Their shelves are usually stocked, and most employees are not bothersome. The ones gathering groceries for people are usually friendly and helpful. Their problem is blocking the isles as customers do. If they'd open a few of the many registers, I don't think as many customers would be as grouchy.

Definitely not a huge super center. It was very clean and well organized compared to the Fayette supper center. Hamilton was definitely a friendlier atmosphere, cleaner and much better stocked. I didn't see many holes in the shelves from out of stock items or incorrectly placed items to fill holes as is typical in Fayette

I am a traveling sales rep, and I travel hundreds of miles a day, to different walmarts in my territory. I have to give Hamilton walmart some serious kudos, because the store is very organized, well stocked, and the bathrooms are always spotless when I visit. Customer service folks are super nice as well!

What a storeCame to return some broken heaters so that I won't freeze in 8 degrees weather tonight and they won't do it. The guys was like there are only like 2 people the store rn, so why are u Evan open if there's only 2 people?

Customer service of employees stocking shelves is practically non existant. They might answer your questions but 20 years ago the employee would take you where the item was located .

We were in line to check out and we backed up to another checkout we were the checker told us that she was closed. So I went to another checkout and I was looking back at the other one she started checking another person out then she went to another girl and started talking to her about me. I told her if she had something to say to say it to my face she started yelling at me and threatening me about what she would do to me she was black with long braided hair. I live in Hamilton and I am 72 years old I want be back to Hamilton Walmart until she is gone and I am going to every business in Hamilton to tell all my friends and neighbors how I was treated.

The pharmacy is great. For the most part, the self-checkout staff are friendly but it's the staff out on the floor that are extremely rude. I do wish they could have vehicles towed that are parked in the pick-up section with no one in the vehicle! I see no less than 5 or 6 parked in this section with no one in the car/truck. I realize Walmart can't be the 'Respect and Coutesy' police but it would be nice if they could start. Kinda like ticketing those that can't seem to put their shopping carts where they are supposed to go after use... even when parked next to the cart return! 🤔

I drive for a living and can’t remember exactly which one this is. But all the Walmarts I visit look cared for and clean.Hamilton, Al Walmart is the only one that sticks out in memory. Empty stock boxes and paper scattered about. But clean otherwise.

Self check out sucks. In ( assisted) checkout the checker is talking on his phone to the shop about his car. All Walmart suck . This is my 4th visit in 5 years.

Came into the walmart with a slow leak/cut in tire on a Sunday. Was traveling with family to North Carolina. Excellent service from the tire team. The Team Lead was professional and knowledgeable. The patch job was good and got us home safely to NC. Thank you to the whole team.

Love this Walmart! I live in Montgomery and all their Walmarts are terrible compared to.this one. They have all the cool stuff I like at this location like tools and knives.

I love Walmart usually the people that is working there are very nice and helpful maybe they're a little bit stressed out if it says the towards at the end of the day but anyways you always get what you want cuz you know what is in Walmart now that they have redone Walmart Hamilton it is wider aisles and everything it is very very nice everything is coming along very beautiful

May of the workers are nice went to the section where they serve lunch a few weeks ago tho and one of the women got very impatient bc I was trying to remember the name of a certain boneless chicken that I was wanting and she got ill and snapped off when I was only there for like 3 minutes and no one else behind me. I like the store in all just that one woman dk if she was having a bad day or what but if your not feeling it let your co worker take the order or something besides being rude.

The Hamilton walmart is always clean and well staffed. I absolutely hate using self check out if I have more than 5 things, and I'm never forced to here. Employees are friendly and helpful. It's my favorite walmart in 4 states.

I am so grateful for the Employee's at Walmart! Today. I Almost Fainted At Walmart With Annastin. They Got Me To A Place To Sit Safely, Got Me A Garbage Can, BC I Was Dry Heaving, Brought Me A Water and a Gatorade, Then Got Me A Cold Compress, bc I Was Sweating Profusely, Stayed With Me Until a Friend Was Able To Come Get Us bc I Was To Scared To Drive Home. They Walked Me To The Car, Making Sure I Didn't Faint, and Bust My Head. They Truly Went Above And Beyond!
