I bought a chainsaw 10/28/23. After driving to the work site it was discovered there was no primer bulb in place. I drove back and told the employee this. This same man was telling a customer he was the one "basically managing the store", so I thought I was in good hands. He told the young lady at the register to give me a $30 credit and proceeded to bring back a pack of primer bulbs, which she then charged me $11.99 for, so much for the $30 discount. No offer to fix the problem. I then drove back to the site (7 miles one way). Guess what, no ring in the chainsaw to secure the primer bulb in place! I again drive back and explained the problem to this manager. He started looking at pulling a primer bulb out of one of the chainsaws on display, saying someone must have removed the one out of the saw I had purchased. I then asked for a chainsaw in a box, which was a little more in cost. At this point I was a little irritated. He the told the cashier how to ring up the exchange and upgrade of the new one. He then cut the security device off the box while having his back turned to me. No apologies for my having to return twice due to a defective product, no offer to give me a discount for my troubles, nothing. I had to ask them to remove the charge for the primer bulb pack that I had to return. I don't know what has happened at this store as things have certainly changed in the last year. I used to go here at least weekly to buy farm supplies but I will no longer visit this store unless the new chainsaw messes up. I understand things happen and people have bad days, but the employees here must have been having bad days for the past year. It saddens to even feel the need to do this but poor customer service is not a good thing for a business.

Always receive EXCELLENT Service from The Hamilton, AL store. Always eager to help with anything I need assistance with. Shout out to Adam he is a definite asset to this store.

My family owns a farm & have done alot of business here. But from here on out we will go to The Co-op or drive to Tupelo. The girl is extremely rude. I Asked if they had a dog medical product in stocks and she mouthed off very hateful. They offer NO help to my mother when buying feed. They mumble can I help you with anything when you walk in but have NO intention of helping at all.

They have nice things but their prices are higher than other stores. I occasionally go in to look on their clearance isle because I have found some good deals on there especially on dog treats. Today peanut butter filled bones normally 15 on clearance for 8. My dogs love them and it keeps them entertained for a least a good hour.

I love going to Tractor Supply, I always get greeted by the employees and asked if they can help me. Then I just roam around looking at various things.. I usually always make it to the live chickens, ducks area. Then I have no problem finding what I went for, pay for it and exit the store with the employees saying come back !!!

Very helpful staff and friendly though very busy the store is well-stocked and very clean and it's easy to find what you're and if you can't one of the associates will be glad to help you. Also a great place for pet supplies.

Ok, first off I would like to say, the tractor supply is a cool place to go to to buy books on self-sufficiency or making a homestead. It's not really the place that you go for tractor supplies. There are so many things that they do not sell there for tractors.The staff is extremely friendly and now that they have a new addition of a young lady named Sabrina, I will stop by more often. She's a wonderful lady and I think very much of her. Not to mention she's really hot!I would like to say that it's the go-to place if you need things immediately for your livestock. It is not the place you go for large farms. You would go broke trying to buy enough corn or feed for 20 head of cattle. But it is the place to go to get away for a little while and to look at some really cool stuff.Will I go back to tractor supply? Absolutely I will.

Now here is where the heart is The staff are friendly and very helpful. Plus they are always waiting at the door with a dog treat for my Support dog Blu. I would recommend this to anyone looking for proof that good people still exist, oh and anything for the farm also

I was passing through Tupelo on my way to Florida and stopped to pick up a bottle of fly spray for my horses. I needed it for the following day. This five minute stop literally took me 35 minutes. Access to the tractor supply was confusing, traffic was horrendous, people were rude, and one lady even honked at me! Traffic was backed up through the red lights, no one could exit even at a stoplight. What a cluster.I did find what I needed at tractor supply but I will never stop at this location again. Employees weren’t friendly either.

Tractor supply has everything you need for your home and to run a farm. They have everything from shirts to ducks. They have all the animals food and accessories.

Charyle Bowling ruined me on ever coming back to tractor supply! This has been every single time she’s working.. She always has a attitude thinking she’s better then everyone giving stank looks & also huffs and puffs when u need a loader and obviously don’t want to work.. Last night I went in and she refused to take my money bc it was in my shirt (I always pay this way) I spend 55 a week in dog food going on a year or two now. I have bought a kennel there and planned on buying many more because I’m a dog breeder. But I will not be back due to the unfriendly staff. She does not deserve to be a manager and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has reported her. I have never called and reported her until today though I have reported her to another worker before because she was giving issues about loading my dog food. Super rude! Do not recommend Hamilton tractor supply!! Horrible staff!!!! Melissa sims is super sweet she always welcomes me with a great attitude! She also took my money when the other girl refused I told her she would be okay and she yelled that she wouldn’t! Please please get better staff here and I will continue to spend my money! It use to be a friendly place to shop, now I hate it. Almost as bad as I hate getting covid. Cashier's too busy gossiping about people, or playing with there cell phones. That is not a good customer service!

I think you get your money's worth. The people who works there are very helpful. Most of the workers can give you good answers to your questions and if they don't know they will get someone that does know. Last year I bought something big and they loaded it for me. They helped with the tie downs it probably wouldn't have blown out because it weighed between 8 & 900lbs. lolI got a military discount on what I bought that day. You can get Animal food, tools, clothing and everything in between. I didn't mention farm supplies and equipment. Go try them out you will be glad you did.

Great place friendly helpful staff. Even gives tips and tricks about animals they have raised. We have been here many times the store manager has been great help as to how to do something with our goats as we are new goat owners.

Do not buy overalls here they will draw up about 3 sizes and if you're a working man and get a stain on them even though they have already been washed they will say we can't take the one's back with the stain but we can take the other ones now they say we have to resale them. Bull I know they are not going to put them back on the shelf after they have been washed they are going to send them back I don't care about the stain I bought them to work in and I also bought them a little big because I expected them to draw up some but not 3 sizes that $212.00 dollars will cost them a lot more than the price of a pair of overalls I will not be back because I spend a lot more than that every year on farm supplys on my 384 ac. Went last week,bought some crack corn,got home it was molded. Went back told two employees and they told me they knew it,but put it out to sell anyways. Then they both walked away from me whole I was still talking to them. Shame on you tractor supply

I love this store. It has all the things you need for your farm or yard. Equipment, tools, decorations, animal feed and supplies, plants, lawn furniture, etc. Everyone is always friendly and helpful too.

2-23-2022... tried to buy a 1.98 wheel bearing hub cap....1. Hamilton Alabama Store price $29 (plain stamped out metal)2. Harbor Frieght $8.50.3. AutoZone... $9.80....Don't EVER believe you're getting good price at TSC, that was a 300% mark up.....All 3 were made in CHINA so no difference there.Harbor Freight even had lube through hubs for $19
