Charlene the new store manager has the best personality and caring demeanor such a sweet young lady and goes above and beyond her duties as a Manager and also Deagan is a super friendly guy eager and ready to help. Also there is another lady whom I find very kind but cannot recall her name. Different times I have found the red haired lady cashier acts annoyed if you ask her anything I had a return and she (in my opinion) acted rude making me feel uncomfortable I didn’t think she acted professional at all. If in the future she changes and acts friendly I will certainly update this review but otherwise the store is nice/clean/and neat but I will say again Charlene has a great rapport with the customers and has what it takes to be a successful manager. I wish her well and I definitely love shopping at Hamilton.AL Dollar Tree !!

The short manager with dark hair was just the sweetest! So helpful & the store was the cleanest I've ever seen at any dollar tree. Will definitely be a regular because of her!

Cashiers are always friendly and the store is organized. My dad is legally blind and they always help him find things in the store which means a lot!One of my favorite places to shop!!!

I have for the last year living I Hamilton,have gone many time to the Dollar tree to shop The Workers and Management always worked with me if u had questions about what cleaning products I need to do certain type of projects.stire is always well stocked and can't beat the prices .with all that said I would have given a 6 Star if they had it.Keeo up the Good work Dollar Tree Employees.😁

Thay are still the cheapest around even with 25 cents more per item everyone wants to gripe about them but I think there great and I also love the fact I save lots of money Thank You Dollar Tree

Love this place. I decided to buy a gnome garden here. It's cute. They got Valentine, Saint Patrick's day stuff out. Check it out lots of cool cheap stuff. Nice folks too.

My favorite part of shopping at Dollar Tree has always been listening to people ask how much is this, although I did read some Dollar Trees will start selling some items for more than $1.

I guess she was the manager on duty since she had code for office & didn't feel as if she should run a register because she looked at me 3 times standing at the register to be checked out & just turned & went in the office still didn't bother to even acknowledge me when she came back out only when the other girl notice a second person was also standing there at this point did she come to ring us up by this time at least 5mins or more had gone by will not go back to the Hamilton location unless they retrain their staff & hire friendlier people

Never have a problem there, but workers don't really go above or beyond to make sure the customers find everything they need. When a worker hears a customer say they don't have or can't find something, then they should jump in and help customer find.

Almost all the aisles were blocked with boxes and only one employee was stocking the shelves. This made it very hard to shop.
