It seams as if every time I go into this store I’m ignored by the staff. Today’s experience I went for a flush valve for a toilet walked in to an empty store, well on other customer besides myself. There were from what I could tell four employees one older gentleman whom was mixing paint for the other customer, and three young boys one who had just rang up the customer that was walking out when I walked in. And two others that I saw for a brief moment. So I walked in found what I needed an walked to the counter to pay an the young boy looks at me an walked away an went to the back. I stood around and waited a few minutes he never returned. So I walked over to where the older gentleman was mixing paint , he looked at me an ignored me, no are you ready to check out, can I help you find anything, nothing. So after standing there a minute I decided to just go put the item up I was gunna purchase an as I’m walking out I seen where the other boys had went an hid to play on their phones. Smh I didn’t say anything I just left an went to another store where I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped to find what I needed for a way cheaper price I might add. Needless to say I won’t be going back to true value again for any of my building needs.

It's not a box store so inventory is not as large but even so, they've been able to order items we need and have them in just a couple of days. And employees are there to help which is a rarity nowadays!

Had keys made they didnt work on lock when I compared to original there were a few places that didnt match one key wouldn't even go all the way into the lock .disappointing
