This is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have ever been in. Everything was in order and had its place. The staff was super nice. We went in late to finish buying for Operation Christmas Child and everyone was super helpful and patient with our large purchase. Overall a good place to shop.

I love our Dollar General in Haleyville Alabama.I go there 2to 3times a week. Y'all have so many different things that I try. I try your sandwiches and some of the different kind of drinks like the watermelon one I love it.And the people that work there are so nice. And that's the kind of place I like to shop at.So thinks so much for the Dollar General.

All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. The store was remodeled on the inside about a year ago due to a car running through the front of it. The new store has more space and carries a large selection of items. It is easy to see from HWY 195 , and easy to get in to.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager "Jody" is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. He has no business dealing with the public at all. I was there to buy dogfood and there was supposed to be a $2 digital coupon for it. After getting on the website and not being able to find the coupon, I explained to him and he said I would have to call corporate. I then responed, "your the manager, can you call corporate. ?" He flat out told me "I don't have to" And then he said "are you done?" At that moment I wanted to jump over the counter and hurt him. Then I quickly reminded myself that I have more class than that and left. Jody needs fired. I will never be back. I hope corporate reads this and investigates this.

I asked where I can find a product and looked for it. Asked same person again and she got rude. She pointed where to look and immediately went back to her work.I needed adult diapers and there were none for men or women. I ended going to Wal-Mart instead

I love my dollar General it's my go to store I'm probably there 3or 4 times a week I don't have to fight the crowds at walmart and the managers and workers are great and helpful

This is the closest dollar general from my house that’s why I go there but the people are working over there so rude specially the old lady who works there when ever I give them coupons to use it they don’t like it , if they don’t want to use coupons why they even give to people i hate this location
