Didn't know about this awesome place until today. I'm a service plumber at a well company in Huntsville. I needed a tailpiece for kitchen sink drain with a dishwasher arm. It was like 5:50 and the customer had to have it done tonight because she had family arriving soon from out of town. I called Smith's since they were 11 mins away, the worry was that they closed in like 5 mins. The guy on the phone not only looked to see if the part was there but also offered to stay open until I got there. Real game changing life saver😁. Commitment to customer service like that wins my business everytime.......whether I need them 5 mins after they close or during normal business hours. When I'm in the area they will definitely be my first choice😁👊🖐️
