I hate this place!!! The lack of customer service is incredible. The prices keep creeping up. You can't get anyone to answer the phone while you're in the store trying to find an associate. And when you do find one, they are pushing a cart and say they can't help you. They want you to self check out, but then don't trust you're being honest about what you bought. Ive hated Wal-Mart's for a long time. I wish management would do anything.

I am truly sick of this location. First thing is this location does not have the same products of other locations….2nd part is the people are rude……reason 3 if you work the Spark app & your not tipping the employees then they will skip you (multiple drivers are reporting bc the employees have friends & family members working the same job which I have an attorney blowing my phone up about filing a claim which is tempting but I chose to move on ) infact I believe Colorado drivers are suing right now. I have stopped shopping here for bow on bc the only to hit a corporation is to remove your support! Just the staff at this location is filled with majority poor individuals. And as far as the elderly people I help care for, I will burn my gas to never return to this location!

It's improved. I guess not being open 24 hours a day has helped. I've actually found registers open with humans to actually check you out and the auto department has been way faster.

I went in Guntersville Al walmart today just as I do every week sometimes multiple times and as I was finishing up scanning my $213 worth of groceries and birthday gifts for my granddaughter because I am giving her a bday party today, I had 2 items left to scan when 3 of your employees came over and started going through my bags which is fine, but what isn't is they proceeded to cancel my transaction and said they had to re-ring all of my stuff even though I had nothing wrong and had given them no reason to treat me like this and humiliate me. The only reason I could think of is because I was purchasing a few barbie sets and a few other toys for my granddaughters birthday but the last time I checked that is the reason you sell these things in the first place!! Second if they don't trust your loyal good paying customers to go through the self check out then GET RID OF THEM AND MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN PROFILE AND MIS-JUDGE CUSTOMERS!! Everytime I go in this store you can't get anyone willing to help, they always have stuff blocking the isles and the employees are so rude! I will take my business to Foodcity where I am not treated like a criminal when I try to spend my hard earned money!!

I really appreciate these Walmart workers. They need a turkey and ham for Christmas ⛄. They have been so good to me 😊 maybe they will be able to get a raise vacation with pay and a ham and turkey. Do not order cheese from the deli at Guntersville Walmart on line. You seldom receive the correct cheese and if you do, it's so broken up, that you have to piece it together to make a grilled cheese or sandwich, no matter how many times you call. Try the boaz store, apparently they train their associates to cut it correctly and put wax paper in between

Walmart needs to stop adding self check out lanes. There is a huge line and 2 registers open. Tons of employees are walking around doing pick up orders and running over the customers who are shopping. This is a horrible way to run the store.

Something everyone needs to know!! If you order online and they receive your order, put a hold on your money and they run out of stock, have to cancel your order it will be days before you have access to your money again. So if you don’t have it to be tied up don’t order online

Clean store. Great and friendly staff at the pharmacy. Vehicle Service center does a wonderful job! I have nothing against Walmart...I just don't like the big crowds. They do have everything you need. The pickup option is nice. Used it during the lockdown Era! Everyone was friendly and prompt! I go to Walmart only if I have too!

Remodel is a joke. They shut 90% of registers down two hours early so they could polish the floors. Don't know why they didn't wait until closing; no one does their job on night shift there anyway.

Always pretty busy but it's a quick go with all the self-checkouts and I wish that they were still open 24 hours like they used to be but they're not but till 11:00 I guess and the ecoATM is pretty cool too that things cool but it doesn't give the proper amount for things that aren't Samsung or iphone this time you come out better selling the device unless it's just completely blank and then they only give you a dollar but overall in general that this one's pretty Swift just busy

Walmart is Pathetic The Managers and Employees are Nasty People Who Show That They Hate Their jobs and take it out on Customers. Store was Dirty Bathrooms were Disgusting No Buggies Available for Customers People were complaining and some even turned and walked out and left. Walmart is not what it once was. And Don't Fall for The Protection Plan or Plan on Returning Something if you take it home and it don't work or breaks They Do Not Have Customer Satisfaction or Back Products anymore.

03-19-2024 Tuesday nightA CONSTRUCTION WORKER WALKED IN FRONT OF THE DOORS ON THE GROCERY SIDE WHILE TRYING TO LIGHT HIS CIGARETTE⁉️🚬 I actually stopped with my shopping cart (in the cold) and waited for this dude.... AND his smoke...to get away from me❗ Some of us care about our health and take care of our bodies. This place needs visible security❗We stopped here tonight because of location convenience, just to grab a few necessities. I had forgotten how BAD this location was. Customers are rude, employees are rude (probably from dealing with the rude customers). Customers just shove their shopping carts into people that are in their way.They're remodeling this store but it won't solve the issues. The store feels unsafe and low class.Visited Sunday afternoon 09-03-2023 & I have to say this is the WORST Walmart experience I've ever had. Upon trying to enter, there was so much stuff crammed at the entrance/exit, that only one person could get through at a time. This has to be a FIRE HAZARD, right?? Also saw a lady on a scooter having trouble squeezing through the aisle, just to enter the store & some woman just standing in her way! Rude!!The grocery aisles are so narrow that you can't SEE the items to choose from & the customers were sooo rude & inconsiderate to other shoppers. I've never seen anything like this!! This was a Horrible experience. We grabbed a few things & went to another store nearby to finish our shopping. The customers here used their shopping carts like weapons! & they just ran all over the handicapped people ♿ What a disgrace to Guntersville!I highly do NOT recommend this Walmart location.The employees we encountered today....you know the ones watching us scan our items...were friendly.

I'm disabled and the "smart carts" were not charged and two were not even operational. I ALWAYS plug up any cart I use. Someone should be responsible for checking this and removing any that are not operational.

Seems a bit outdated in the grocery department. Found everything needed. A young lady restocking on the bread aisle was extremely helpful relocating their Sam's Choice 12ct dinner rolls.

This place has a much better food selection than Arab. I usually go to Publix when I'm shopping on this town but I'll go to this Walmart to get whatever Publix doesn't carry. Never had a bad experience here.

Yall have become the worst walmart location in several counties!! Would it hurt yall to open a posted express lane again for shoppers with less than 5 items or less?? Come on now, do better
