Went into staples on Friday morning at 10:00 Feb 23, 2024. Went in to buy a printer. There were 2 customers in the store and one checking out. I had questions about printers to help me make decisions on which one would meet my needs. There were no one on the floor so I go to the cashier who was checking out a customer. I waited until she was finished and asked her was she the only in the store that I needed assistance. She told me the manger was in store somewhere and that she could help me. I went back to the printers and looked around. No one ever came to help me and the cashier that told me she could was standing up front with no one waiting to check out. She never offered to come to help as she said she could. I walked up told her I get same service ordering online and left. This is very poor customer service. You go to other large stores there are usually knowledgeable folks there to help. I guess this store is ok if you don’t require help from customer service.

Staff look at you like you’re a delinquent upon arrival and will follow you around the store like you’re stealing. I had to just turn right around it was so uncomfortable, huffing and puffing, if you don’t want to work or like people choose a different job please. Racism is my main suspicion for this but hey what do I know I’m just a guy trying to shop for my supplies and I’m being followed within 2 feet away nearby me

Easy access. Very neat and clean. I called ahead to see if they had a specific product in stock because the store was 45 minutes away. They confirmed they did have it in stock. When I arrived the item was not on the shelf. But when I asked, the customer service rep remembered me calling and quickly found it for me. Several people were involved in making sure I was pleased. It was a very pleasant experience, good customer service is hard to come by.

Ordered 500 business cards, went to pick them up and they said they got put on hold since the cutter is down. Stressed the urgency so they gave me the order and told me to take it to another store. I went to the South store and put the order in.( said it would be done by lunch) I come back at 3:30 (6 hours later) the person at the counter said that the North store took my order back and that they were suppose to call me to let me know that it’s at the other one again. ( never did) Drove all the way to this store again just for them to tell me that it hasn’t been started and won’t be done till tomorrow. Sent me on a huge goose chase just for me to not even get my cards. I am changing where I print my cards. Will never go back to this store, over all experience was awful. After all of this I ask to get the big print coupon. Or the one that if they mess up/ has an issue that it’s free. Completely ignored it, even tho it says they advertise for it on their website.

I went to the stapler this afternoon to copy papers, but a young female employee kept my 3 printed sheets and didn't give them enough. As a customer, I ask the store staff to delete and not be allowed to retain customer information. I don't agree with the store staff's way of working

Leaving Staples for the second time I said I would never be back. They refuse to laminate posters I hade because they have pictures on them. The manager comes out and says if I am willing to take the risk of them bubbling for her to go ahead and do it. I said I was willing to accept the risk and she still refused to do it. Her supervisor said it was up to her! WTC! Plus the reason I stay away is because everyone in there is rude and hateful. Point proven again today!!

Horrible service!!! Was talked into getting extended warranty with epson printer and it stopped working after a few months. Went to see about issue and was told they would not do anything without original packaging. Very rude worker. Will never shop Staples or epson products agian!!!

I will never order from Staples again. My recent experience with Staples is to say the lest sub par. I went into my local store for a printer. The one I wanted was not in stock at the store so I asked the associate about online to home. He assisted me with it from the store. This was on a Thursday night. Everything show my purchase would arrive on the following Monday. It’s 7 days later and no printer. I call customer service and it’s outsourced of course. Like way out (of the US). And of course they can only tell me what they’re reading from a screen. That the carrier has the item. They give me the phone number for the carrier. (Carrier is Not UPS, Not Fed Ex, Not US postal, Not DHL.) probably the cheapest carrier they could fine. The carrier asked for the order number and tells me it’s not showing up in their system. All this has equaled loss of productivity for my very small business + my time that I can never get back. No more staples for me.

Horrible! I bought a laptop there 33 days ago and it doesn't work now. Thank God I got the replacement plan but the manager on duty was a JERK. He showed no empathy. He said, "You got the protection plan. Have a great day." I asked him how to use the protection plan and he wouldnt help me. He just kept saying Have A Great Day.

Went last week to print calendar No one in the section had ever been trained to print calendars and offered no help. As I was leaving a manager asked if I had been helped. I told him his employees have not been trained and are not able to help customers. He Never offered to help or to get someone to help me. This is POOR business and employees are placed in awkward position

Came in to get some sheet music printed to fit a canvas I had. Ladies at print and copy were discourteous and did not seem like they wanted to be there. They Would not give solutions on how to make my project work but kept giving me reasons why it wouldn't. Went back to my car to get the canvas it was going on and when I came back in, I heard them making jokes about what I was trying to do. In the end the girls just didn't want to do it and that's just sorry customer service. Will never come back for anything and will let all my friends know to go somewhere else.

The store is ok but things are way over priced! So much cheaper to order online. If you have any computer knowledge don't bother to ask the employees there for help they are very clueless and will have you buy something you don't need. Do you research before going into the store and just buy what you need.

From time to time I have a reason to go into Staples, most of the time that reason is technical issues. But if it is a tech problem I need help with or a package sent out the service I have received has been outstanding. Even if they are busy and the staff is dealing with other people I have found it is worth the wait to get the right answer for what you need to solve a problem.

I have visited them for business and home office needs. Today, I needed some new ink cartridges for a Canon PIXMA printer. Since I bought it, I had been buying the standard cartridge size (243 Black), but Gavin informed me that I can buy the larger 245 Black at a similar price, and that it would probably last longer. Thank you for the advice.

If you need ship off packages for ups that has qr code. This location can only do prepaid labels. So print out labels in advance or avoid this location.

Was using the self-serve copier machine, asked the little blonde headed girl for her assistance 2x, it ran out of paper, and she refused to help me! Very rude and unprofessional. I will not come back to this particular store.

Expensive. The never greet customers. I always have to search for what I want. You have to vividly compel someone to help you. I'd rather drive 22 miles to Office Max. I only go to this Staples (17 miles) when I ABSOLUTELY have to.

The Guntersville Staples does an excellent job. The copy and print center has completed many quality print jobs for me on time. Staff is friendly and the store manager goes out of his way to help you find the right products.
