We've just bought a home that needs several minor repairs. We stopped in Guntersville Lowes 3 times and what we needed was not in stock. We ordered the items off Amazon. Consequently, your store has lost several hundred dollars worth of business. Plus we will not even bother in the future.

Visited store on January 11th and setup window install consultation on 12th following day. Was told 9am to 1pm time frame. On 12th following day, got e-mail confirming 10:21am. No call no show! Got e-mail at 8:31pm saying "cancelled"asked if I wanted to reschedule I could request but why would I, I waited around and wasted a whole day for nothing? Called store asked for manager they transferred me to install services, that person said they handled actual installs not consultations, and said they would transfer me back to store, next there is phone survey and I answer the questions, then I am hung up on. I call corporate they are closed. Visited the store in person today (15th around 4:30pm. Asked for manager when I introduced myself and offered friendly handshake, the assistant manager refused to shake my hand, was then told my appointment couldn't be found in the computer yet I'm sitting here with e-mails from install company doing consultation stating appointment time and 2nd e-mail aforementioned pertaining to cancelation. I have called the number/corporate nobody will answer. Update I went back in wound up talking to same rude employee that refused to shake my hand, I said I remember what she did she brushed me off again. She's a assistant manager I reiterate. Store manager said they would call yet never did so after I called customer service! Executive of customer service said they can't say what store did to handle complaint, another words they did nothing. No sorry, no discount, nothing. I paid $1788 for the install. Hope owner reads this you're a coward and a punk. Called store again today put on hold.

Every single time i am at this location i can't get help from any of the employees. We get sent all over the store looking for one item, and each employee tells you something different mostly because they dont know what the heck they are talking about. And thats if your lucky enough to find a employee anywhere other than the flooring area. Today i was told the wrong thing by THREE employees . All of them saying something completely different. There is one employee that is helpful and hes not always in there. Hes tall slim built with a big dark beard. Hes also the only one to help load anything in the vehicle. Lowes has got to do better. Stop hiring people that dont want to work but will get a attitude with you for asking a question! thats why im leaving this review. It happens EVERY TIME.

Building/lumber usually has 1 checkout open and the line can be long…the overall store probably deserves a 2 because of the customer service….hard to locate someone to help locate items or to ask questions. They constantly move stuff around so be prepared not to find it where it was.Update; They have went to self checkout on all registers but one and that one is closed a lot of the time. The lumber side still has one register open, (occasionally 2) and they take care of you and will load your stuff for you if you ask.The returns department gets 5*. They are friendly and quickly take care of returned items.

Stopped in to check out the selection of Boston Ferns. Lowes had a variety of small ones for $15 or large ones for $30. They all looked great.

We visited Lowe’s in Guntersville Al. We are remodeling a bathroom, we were greeted by an employee named Scott. Very informative and he helped us find everything we needed and gave us a lot of information about our remodel. We were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism he showed to us. He was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed to complete our project, He even took our larger stuff to the register for us. He went above and beyond his job duties, so thankful for employees like this!

I had a return and the system was not cooperating for the return. The Lowe's associate worked with the system until the return was complete. I always have to brag on the great people that work at Lowe's!

Would never buy another appliance from them- they don't care about the people they have delivering them. Worst delivery companies used - every delivery has always been a hassle.. appliances broken, not on truck (even showed up with out it) they cancel appts and then told to wait again to be scheduled for another appt. I DID NOT CANCEL. They should care about ALL their customer service.

I loved the lady that sold me my stove she was amazing I really wish I remembered her name. The price was better than any other place I visited which includes USED models that I looked at. So I got a brand new stove delivered and hooked up for less than buying a used stove anywhere else. I’ll definitely be back for any other large appliance purchases!

Everyone was friendly and willing to help. We went for a wire shelf and ended with a few extras. They had good sales on what were thinking about and some other things we had not considered. We ended up with a fireplace that solved a problem about what piece of furniture we needed for our living room. Thanks guys and girls.

It's clean, don't go in there expecting help right off the bat. They, like other places are short staffed and struggle to cover all departments. But, even if they don't work in a certain department, they'll find someone to help you. Great bunch of people! I love Lowe's!

Just left the store. Never had an experience like this at Lowe's. Looking for some hardware found a gentleman in the textile over. Ask him if he could help me with some hardware he let me explain the whole story what I needed why I needed it. Then told me I'm in plumbing I don't do hardware you have to find somebody in hardware. No apology no I'm sorry I couldn't help you you'll have to find someone in hardware. Let me help you find someone. No it was very unapologetic. Very condescending. He responded as though it was the dumbest question he'd ever heard. This is customer service at its worst. I gave an extra star because there was a nice young man who helped me showed me exactly where the items were I needed. That's the kind of service I've come to expect at Lowe'sBack again to post my latest experience. Call to ask about a price. The lady give me what she thought it was. Said it was about so much. I asked if I could speak to someone who could give me a price. She grab a book and I could hear her flipping through the pages. Where she gave me the exact price. Which was 30 percent less than her original estimated guess. I asked about the return policy. Which she did not answer. She then told me she had other phone calls to answer. This deserves less than 1 star. The store has over four stars? I think I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the other home improvement store.

We do appreciate that.Next up - why does this Lowes not have staff to answer phones in their different Departments?We need info/pricing on installation of doors and flooring, and it's not possible to get someone on the phone. It just endless rings and cycles back to the incoming line.Sad.

I have spent over $11,000.00 in the last 4 weeks at this location and Owens Cross Roads. I will not spend another dime in this place due to the poor customer service at the service desk and their delivery people and installers have no idea what is going on. We ordered all our appliances from then in Owen's and they where delivered with parts missing. Ordered all new carpet and was told Oh, no problem we get you installed right away. Four weeks later and we just got it. The installer was 4 hours Late! (Keller) with no call. I had to call four times. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me that there was none available at this time to call back. I will drive to Huntsville before shopping at ether of these Lowes.
