Quincy the guy back at the parts was awesome. I brought in a carburetor w/o the main jet. He spent an hour trying to find this rare part. They didn’t have it but im not questioning if they did ans no one tried to find it be he definitely did. You don’t find people like that anymore .I really do appreciate it.

We called to make sure they had what we needed before making the drive. The lady on the phone was great. She said that they had 3 and pulled 2 of them to the front so that all we had to do was walk in the door and tell them our name. We were in and out in a few minutes! Great place!

Little on the pricey side but the service makes up for it IMO. Lady in the parts department is super nice, very knowledgeable and will do everything she possibly can to get you what you need and if she can't get it she orders it and ACTUALLY calls you when the parts come in!! Good place to get STIHL parts.

I cringe to think how much time and gas I have wasted going to home Depot or Lowe's when I could have had the same thing faster and for a comparable price right in downtown guntersville. This is a great location with great people.

They have quick friendly service many people come to get just about any item for repair in a mobile home or House. They have many items to choose from for cleaning maintaining your home. They also do repairs here on small equipment like weed eaters.

I tried to return a $20 item, but had lost my receipt. They claimed it was not even an item they stock and had no record of the transaction. When I said, “that makes no sense”, they immediately turned 9 shades of ugly with me and told me to “move along”. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
