The customer service is fantastic and their prices are better than other big store.I walk in, get greeted, ask what I need and I tell them.They even brought it out to my car for me!This will be my feed store from here on out.I cannot recommend them highly

The owner is amazing and willing to work with us on the delivery of products. We purchased numerous pallets of stone for landscaping and pool/fence delayed due to rain, and the delivery date has been pushed by a month. There is no issue and not charging us for storage. The staff are eager to help, and we love supporting local businesses.

Let me just say this, being this is really my 1st year living in Guntersville this is what I imagined the people of this community would be like the excellent people of Guntersville Feed…extremely friendly, helpful and just happy to see you! These people are awesome period, this is the only feed store I will visit due to their kind & courtesy towards everyone! I wished I could give them more then 5 stars because this is an A++ store and they have awesome prices too!!

I come here often for our chickens, deer feeders and gardening needs. Today was over the top though. Customer service is normally good as usual today it was great. The lady in the pink shirt today saved me quite a bit of money by telling me to by a couple different bags of feed/grit she also gave my boys fruit snacks which they loved. The ladies in the flower area are very nice and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Thank you very much.

Very helpful, always friendly 😊 I always buy my dog food from them. Great place to shop!I have never had a bad experience here, we buy all our animals feed from here. They're always helpful and I don't have to wait long for them to bring it out to me.I'm still shopping here, every time I go in, I'm met with a smile and "Hello, how can I help you?" The people here are awesome!

It's not appropriate that I can't leave no stars because that's what they've earned. My husband, who uses a cane, was ignored when he needed help carrying a bag of soil he purchased to his vehicle while great big men were being assisted without asking. I originally purchased a t-shirt but went back in to return it. I certainly wouldn't return to this place and I'm not going to advise that you do, either.

The fastest feed store ever. I bought 2 bags of grain and was there about 3 minutes and the grain was really good as well. a good place to go shop

Always helpful and responsive as soon as you walk in the door. Mostly the same prices as Walmart, without the crowds, and they will load your vehicle for you of animal feed.

Locally owned an operated. Decent, wholesome folk answering your questions with deep, knowledgeable experience. The seasoned help is knowledgeable in their specific area and usually very friendly about it. Do not show up and believe that you need all of the answers. They already know what all of the experts are coming to get and are ready to share the information with you. Character and ethics is what struck me first!! Highly recommend them and trust them. Christian folk, too!!

I was a little lost overwhelmed that day and had to ask for help in making the right choice for the project I had to do. They were very helpful and friendly and I think gave me their honest opinion in what was best for me and my situation. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of high dollar merchandise. They let me look around 1st and when I asked for help they gave it then walked away while I made up my mind on what I wanted then promptly helped me get the supplies off of the shelf and to the register and offered to take to my car but my husband was with me so he did that. Yes I would shop there again and recommend it to my friends.
