Crazy high prices!! Anything considered name brand is priced super high. Kids shorts covered in stains for $12.99!! Mens Tshirts for $25! You can literally walk next door and buy them cheaper brand new!! Incredibly greedy considering everything is donated to them for free and they don’t help the community at all. Not all Goodwills price things this high so why is this one?

Friendly staff and great deals ! I try to shop here as much as I can . Items are priced Reasonably . Although I’ve noticed prices have gone up recently . I have never been when I didn’t walk out with something I didn’t know I needed!

I really like the store and have bought several neat things. My question is why do you have to put so many price stickers on each item? They are so troublesome to try to get off. The stickers are all the same color per item.

This store is the best and Candy, Joy, Savannah, Erin and Barbara are the most amazing Goodwill workers I’ve encountered. Shop at this store!

It was a hit or miss and some items were over priced. The staff are rude and often on their phones and eating take out at the register. The thing that they were lacking was fitting rooms since they reopened. They would inform the customers that they can use the restroom to try the clothes on and not to mention that they are down 1 restroom. They put an out of order sign on the womens restroom to mislead the customers but I have seen employees use it.

Love this store. Always clean. Nice and neat arrangements of available content. And customer service is always helpful when I ask. Prices are reasonable.

I’m writing today in basic disgust as I think about my visit to this store. I am a pretty seasoned thrifter and have been in countless stores including many goodwill stores and have never encountered such crude, uncuthed, rude and clueless employees. From the moment I stepped in the door it began. Now, I have no care in the world if I’m greeted really... but this time there were about 5 ladies standing there chatting behind the register and I felt as if they were partying or having a social event. There was a baby... which I don’t mind I love babies but if 1)you’re not working at the time 2) you have any common curtesy for othersYou would respect the time for the employees to actually work and do their jobs rather than gossip LOUDLY with you for hours. While customers are all around - not having a clue what the prices are - what may be discounted- etc. the items were way overpriced that did have tags the signs for prices stated for example $3.99 and up. Well how does a customer know until they are checking out - how much an item will be. The answer certainly was not going to be from a dedicated employee there to help. At check out one person had no idea what the prices were until 2 others chimed in and so basically I felt like they could just make up prices as they went along. But back to what my worst issue was in this store.... the insanely loud conversations coming from the group of girls behind the counter. I don’t have the best hearing in the world. But I was in the back of the store and could hear disgusting things being said and then laughter roared. And on and on. And I’m talking about myself and many other customers hearing about those girls personal lives— sex. (Yes the topic floated around VERY loudly VERY OFTEN... Cussing. (Again. Very loud and constant) Gossips. You name it. - unless of course it was “hey let me go help this customer. If I would have had my children with me I absolutely would have left the moment they started gabbing within my range of hearing. I honestly try so hard to not write bad reviews bc I put myself in the others position and I realize someone can have a bad day or be misunderstood but this beat all I have ever experienced in public or a place of business. And I intensely felt the need to shed some light. I don’t believe any manager with a drop of sense would allow this. I encourage you to have a responsible leader in the store at all times. If all of those females are employed by you, I strongly encourage you to schedule a training class or something in order for those girls to behave like ladies when in public... do what u want in private but please know no one else wants to hear that ....Especially in your place of employment. Thank you

Loved it! Some things are a little pricier than you would think for a goodwill store but there were still alot of bargains to be had. Plus since it's a new store it's not very full of merchandise yet but they are working on it.

The store would not let me open the box of a toy I bought. Since I live in GA, I wanted to make sure it was ok. The lady that rang me up ASSURED me it was all there and worked. It neither worked nor was all there. I don't like being lied to. Beware of a store that won't let you, while standing at checkout, open to make sure it's all complete. It's not a bargain if it has to go in the trash!

Went here with a friend and they have a lot of good clothes. I like their book section too they’ve got a lot of newer books. There’s a lot to explore in this store!!

The Goodwill in Finley Plaza has a large variety of items to choose from. They do carry you items that come in often. The price is fair for the area. It is now the main thrift store in Guntersville. Intown area. The Salvation Army is closed. There are several thrift stores in the area but this is the only Goodwill. The store is fairly clean and organized.

Literally all you had to do was hand me that tea cup. You clearly don’t practice customer service. In a time when businesses are struggling there no compassion here. We USED to shop here a lot. No more.
