Should be zero stars! Worst experience ever. Placed an order over a month ago, finally received an email to pick it up. Went to the store, the clerk and store manager said it wasn’t there and to come back on Monday. Really!!! Went back Monday, and the same clueless clerk told me I’d have to come back because she didn’t know how to do online orders. Called the online order number, they showed it was delivered to the store. Asked for their corporate number and address, the overseas customer service rep said they didn’t have a corporate office number or address. Got a second email to come to the Sunset Dr store, again, same clueless clerk and no manager or other employee present. Clerk called the manager asking how to do the online order. Clerk went to look for my order and stating my order was not found. Clerk called manager who advised her to tell us to check the other Dollar Tree stores in the area to see if they had it. I asked for the corporate office number and address, the manager didn’t have one!!! The absolute worst experience ever! I’m now questioning why there is no corporate office. Do not place any orders to pick up at the Sunset Dr location in Guntersville unless you want the hassle of having your bank debited for six weeks for merchandise you never received, and to add insult to injury, waiting 7 business days for your refund. The manager is worthless and absent at that location. 3 trips there, and never saw the manager once. One employee who doesn’t know anything. Ridiculous!

I love this store and I love all you guys that work here, but please get your bathroom fixed. It's been out of order for at least three weeks and I've had to leave the store four times because I had to use the bathroom to bad to stay in there. It's not your fault that my bladder is the size of a blueberry, but it would be really nice if I didn't have to leave your store to go pee pee.

They refuse to load cash on a card, but the one in arab al will load it. Plus the branch app names this store as a loading location. Very rude employees. If I could leave 0 stars I would!! Very disappointed in my hometown store.

I love shopping at the dollar tree. They have alittle bit of everything, except it should be call buck 25 cause most things cost $1.25 and go up from there. I buy my hygiene products mostly and am well satisfied with cost. It's always below average cost anywhere else.

Rude with a snotty attitude, also try to act busy so they don't have to ask if you need help finding anything. Don't even greet when walking in the store and seems like all want to do is talk about other people either on the phone or talk loudly where you can hear them in the office. If I can help it I go to another dollar tree were they are more friendly and don't hear the employees talk about people on their phones or in the office. The shelves there are unorganized and looks like they just threw the product on the shelves just to have the product out.

I still love the dollar tree. They used to have everything for a dollar. 10 items $10. But sadly they had to increase the price to $1.25. Still a very good bargain because some brands or items are the exact same things offered for a much higher price in other name brand stores. And now they offer more grocery selections than ever before for the same $1.25 price. The crafters section is growing too. They have a core selection of items that never change but every week they get new and exciting stuff to explore and purchase so with those items if you find something you like you should get it on that visit because once sold out they are replaced with something new and different. The seasonal stuff is always different. The staff are friendly! The place is clean. I go there all the time. Its still my number one shopping place.

Somebody really needs to teach them about customer service. I came in to buy some tape and picked up a few extra things. I put my stuff on the register, put my shopping cart away. I proceed to squeeze this thing that they have instead of a bell. A woman comes up and she says I’ll get you on aisle 2. The people behind me run over there and she proceeds to check them out. If they cared about their customers, she would’ve said I’m sorry ma’am she was in front of you. I need to check her out first. Unfortunately that did not happen, so I left my things at the counter and went to Dollar General.

I just came to this store 1 minute ago(friday 13, Aug @ 2:00 o’clock)I was going to pay my merchandise with a 50.00dollar bill , and the lady at the register toll me they cannot brake 50 dollars bills , and I was not disappointed, I understand that. I nicely suggested to put a sign at the door so other people will know, and the MANAGER answered me “NOO We can’t do that “ so rude! Never coming to this store again, Never!

Shay needs to be fired. He was very rude to me and several customers and I would be ashamed to have him work in any Dollar Tree. I'll stick with Dollar General down the road.

This Dollar Tree is one of the cleanest and well-organized stores that I have been in, in this area. It by far beats the ones in Guntersville and Boaz. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

IT'S BAD WHEN YOU'RE IN THE STORE AND A LITTLE KID COMES IN THAT HAS AUTSUM AND YOU'RE EMPLOYEES MAKE FUN OF HIM WHEN THEY WALK OUT THE DOOR. WONT BE DOING BUSSINSS WITH YALL ANYMORE.
