It’s very cold during the whole December & January! No heat. People are complaining about coming from the cold into the cold (STORE) how can you do business that way.

The store was OK, but the cashier needs some manners. She was chewing gum and blowing/popping bubbles right in front of people that were checking out. Quite disrespectful gross for someone representing the business.

I love them because EVERYTHING in there is $1.25. The same brands you find in other stores are priced much higher. They always have the same regular items that you can go in and find blindfolded but they also have new stuff that's different so if you like it you need to buy it because once it's gone it's gone. They also sell groceries and have a bigger selection than ever before and continue to ad more. I shop all dollar tree stores and they are not carbon copies of each other. There is always something different and exciting in each store. When they fell on hard times they found a way(by repackaging some regular items in different sizes but still a bargain compared to other stores) to still keep everything in there a $1. That is why I will always shop there. I'm adding this update about the price change. It went from $1 to $1.25. Although it broke my heart, that price is still the lowest and one heck of a bargain compared to the other stores around here so I'll still continue to make them one of my number one places to shop. The store is always clean and the cashier's very friendly. It's also the best place to buy supplies for any kind of party you may be having.

This Dollar Tree is hit or miss. Sometimes it is neat and we'll stocked with old favorites and exciting new items. Sometimes it is in a shambles with inventory stacked everywhere but on the shelves. The staff are always super friendly and that's a plus. Worth stopping in to save a few bucks and minutes off your shopping trip.

You can't beat the prices! Everything in the store is really a dollar. There is a huge selection of gift bags. It was Valentine's Day, so it is understandable, but the store was unorganized and cluttered. The sales associate who checked me out was friendly and helpful.

If I could leave a negative, I would. In January 2020 I bought $46 worth of items for my school. During the transaction I was accidentally charged for tax. So they supposedly voided the transaction and then rang up the items again. The voided entry never went through, so the card was charged twice. Long story short, I have tried several times to resolve the situation but no result. I can never reach anyone via phone. The manager is never at the store when I am out of school. I finally had to pay the school for the difference. I will never shop at any DOLLAR TREE again. I will just pay more.

Very clean store. Shelves well stocked. Grocery aisle offers more variety than before. Clerk was very nice and attentive to customers.

I love these stores. I went in the one on university drive Huntsville Alabama it was so nasty and so much on the floors you couldn't walk. Someone needs to check this store. I go to the one in Guntersville and Arab Alabama all the time. They are always nice and clean. The two stores a big *****.

So upset I left a bag there she said I had two bags then I get home and yea 2 bags with my water the rest of my items got left. But lady said I didnt leave them. What's really going on .. like to see the footage to see if she or the guy behind me with only 1 item. Got it ? I worked hard for that $

I don’t care what anyone says... this is the best dollar tree I have ever been too! The space is clean and extremely organized. The staff is very kind and this location carries Crafter’s Square!

Employees falsely accused my wife of attempting to steal a phone charger, spoke to her rudely and forced her to empty her bags in the middle of the floor while other customers walked around her; they repeatedly and rudely told her that they had caught her on camera. Of course, they found nothing and "let her go."

This Guntersville dollar tree is the most digusting dollar tree I Have ever been too. The carpet has huge dark stains all over the store.Also their restrooms are tragic. The toilets have gunk that appears to have been collecting for at least six months. The restrooms floors and walls are thilfy.This store is a disgrace and should be shut down by the health department.

The Dollar Tree has many items for just about any occasion.. they have household items, supplies for any where in your home to clean, cook and it has many various party supplies for just about any occasion all these items are just a dollar.

One cashier, 10 people in line.Two chit chatting in the back, one comes out and says "if that ain't a service dog, you need to get it out if here!" I said "yes, she's registered," then she walked off....really, you could apologize for attitude or ask up front if it's a registered service animal. The dog was in her service harness.Also, a lot of shelves of regular merchandise was half empty.

I went in Guntersville dollar tree and it looked so bad boxes every where and ask a manager could they go look for a bag of onions and peppers and she told me no and i know they have it i went to boaz and got a bag this store use to be very organized and clean something needs to improve in that store
