I just had a horrible experience at this store dealing with a return. I bought two lamps at a DG on my way back from a beach trip. I decided they was not big enough for my space, no big deal I'll just return them at scant city, the DG by my house. I couldn't find my receipt and I know from my Nineteen years working for DG that you can return with out a receipt. It just has to be ex changed or put on a gift card. Thirty minutes later and a phone call to the District Manager I finally got a gift card. I would like to mention to everyone that this store and stores in the surrounding area always have rolltainers of freight everywhere all the time. You have to move them out of the way to shop. It has been like this for the past four years that I have been living in this area.

This used to be a good place to shop but they do not stock the store. You go in and can't get down the isles because their merchandise is all on carts stacked up in the isles. They definitely need to hire someone to stock.

I've been there twice in the past few days, the first time was not that greatz I stood in line for twenty mins while a young lady tried her best with a huge line, the manager was no where to be found. Tonight however the young man named Justin was very kind. I think I'll enjoy having this as my store.

I like going to Dollar General and just walking around. I usually find something that I can't find in other store. I find it a good place to relax, not to busy. TRUMP 2020. A vote for Trump means freedom. A vote for Biden means slavery and bondage.

Shelves are bare and been that way for months. When I've asked they blame it on either Covid or warehouse, but it's strange the other Dollar General stores in the area are fully stocked but NOT THE ONE IN SCANT CITY.....

I dropped by the dollar store in Guntersville after a late appointment. They were so clean and we were able to grab snacks and a couple of necessities very quickly. Definitely worth going by!

Really useful little store. Especially if a loved one is in the hospital or something, just to have somewhere to go that has food and water when you need it.

A convenient place to shop for a variety of things. From frozen pizza to clothing. The newest location offer's a number of name brand items, hair products, food etc. as well as the DG brand. I will visit again.

Great store until they took out Milo's tea. We used to spend several dollars a week there. Once they decided to quit carrying our tea, our money has been going back to Walmart. Bring back Milo's if you want our business.

Only good cashier is the new blonde young girl and Lynn. All the other workers are rude and act like the customers are an inconvenience. I wont be back there ever

My younger sister and I was in there earlier this week. My sister, Wendy, has Huntingtons disease. Because of her disease lots of times people think she is on drugs. The night we were in there a customer complained to Courtney, the MOD that night and wanted to call the police to my sister. Courtney calming explained to the gentleman that she didn't believe that to be the case because she knew me. She told him she would handle the situation . She then came to where we were and started a casual conversation. When me sister went up a little further she got my attention and ask about Wendy. I explained the situation to Courtney. I'm so thankful she handed the situation the way she did and didn't jump to judgment Like most do but most of all she didn't embarrass my sister

Well the store was okay but I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before somebody came into the register and I was in a hurry that's why I went to Dollar Store instead of the grocery store
