I've had problems at this dairy Queen for several years. The queso with the pretzels was the consistency of water. The milkshakes are so watered down it's unbelievable. I've ordered "extra" of items and definitely get charged but they never give the extra. If they are that greedy they need to close the doors. This is my last visit at this Dairy Queen.

Went in to get an ice cream cake for my nephew's birthday. Employees at the front seemed like they would rather be ANYWHERE else and I get it, nobody likes working retail but come on man. Very rude, hardly said anything at all and when they did it was the bare minimum. I know these guntersville people are hard to deal with but those young kids need to have a little more respect for people.

Best DQ ice cream anywhere. It has an unusual taste like no other ice cream. It's taste is consistent regardless of which store you go to. I give it a 5***** rating because it is deserving of it, their ice cream stands out above the rest.

Went to McDs and fries were cold. Went to BK and O rings were cold. Went to DQ and had a really good cheeseburger and fries and both were steaming hot. Best fast food in a while.Kid-friendliness: The Kids Playroom was shut down. One reason we stopped at DQ.

Clean, friendly, efficient. Very nice size indoor play area. Bathroom cleanliness is the only thing keeping it from 5 star review. I dislike Dairy Queen's food personally, just occasionally go for son to play and have an ice cream, therefore review is based 0% on quality of food.

We went for ice cream, which was wonderful! I I found a menu and saw all the food listed and I will be back! I got a fantastic yummy berry blast that was so good! My hubby got a three scoop chocolate dipped cone, that he managed to eat before it melted. LOL! Both were great!

The place was clean, service took a while but I guess it was worth the wait. I did see the guy licking his fingers. Whenever he would reach for an ice cream or dessert that had some on the outside and it would get on his fingers, he licked it off. That was pretty disgusting but other than that, it's a great place for a cold dessert.

I enjoy coming here the ice creams and Sundays are marvelous. It is a half to go to place for that special banana split that's lingering in your mind. They do great on all their food and ice cream items. You have to try to find out that it is a excellent place to go to enjoy some time alone or with friends and family.

Worst experience. Guy in the drive thru taking orders was not trained very well, and likely high. Ordered a couple of sundaes and a blizzard. Chocolate sundae with m&m candies and whipped cream. Twice he asked me if I wanted the chocolate on the sundaes. After repeating my order 3 times he tells me to pull forward. I pull around and he then hands me the sundaes, no lid, spoon stuck into the top of it. I ask if there is a lid for them, he then hands them to me and looks super confused. He then barely tips my blizzard due to it already being half melted. Will not be returning, don't waste your time or money here.

Ordered a Raspberry Fudge Bliss Blizzard and received only Raspberry ice cream with hard chocolate pieces. NO RASPBERRIES NO FUDGE. Went back through the line and was told all they could do was add the missing ingredients to my current blizzard if I handed them the cup back through the window... During a pandemic.. refused to make me a new one. Terrible service. Will not be back.

The staff seem under trained, the managers just stare and the chicken is always dry. The fries are also really dull. Nothing sets them apart from others in the area apart from the ice cream. The play area is great tho.

I love mini blizzards. Service is sometimes slow but my order is always correct. Tables are clean and so are the floors. I almost never order food but the grilled chicken sandwich was delicious.

Good stop for a frozen treat! We stopped for an evening treat, ordered couple of blizzards. Plenty of mixings in the blizzard. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Very pleased overall.

Food was good service was not great. Unlike the DQ's I've experienced of whom bring you your meal you must come to the counter and get it your self. The drop off to the rubber Matt play area was dangerous. I almost sprained my ankle and so did my father. It was also very dirty.

One of the few DQs that still serve the glazed spicy wings. My kids make me go here every time we're in Guntersville. The choice of blizzards is always changing. We try something new almost every time.

I eat at Dairy Queen pretty frequently in Florence, AL and decided to stop while here in Guntersville, AL. The staff was friendly enough and the food came out hot and tasted alright.However, surprisingly, the Florence location I visit is better in every way and even brings it to your table. This DQ you can substitute everything in the $5 Lunch Box except the drink to which they tell you that they "can't do ANY substitutions on the $5 box". I always pay extra to get a Julius with my lunch box in Florence so not being able to do that here is pretty irritating... Such inconsistency in the chain...

The food was ok, but the chicken sandwich was not a chicken breast or even a chicken cutlet. It was two, very heavily breaded, tenders on the sandwich. Shredded lettuce rather than leaf lettuce and a slice of mealy tomato. They could definitely do better.
