A chain from the 80s and 90s is still a top shop in Gulf Shores. Ice cream, frozen yogurt, soft serve, and Mrs. Fields cookies. What more could you want? The staff is friendly, patient, and helpful, and they’re good at working with you to try to get your best “combination” (for example, if you wanted a parfait, they ask what you’re looking to get, and they might recommend making it a “Sundae” instead because that had a different number of toppings). In addition, their sheer amount of flavors and toppings is wonderful, especially these strawberry boba bubbles I’d never seen at an ice cream place before that were soooo good (we got them on our sundae!) We choose the $8.99 make-your-own-sundae, with 2 large scoops and 4 toppings. It was perfect for the two of us and a good price for so much. We had peanut butter frozen yogurt and chocolate frozen yogurt; my wife didn’t think the frozen yogurt was as flavorful, and she couldn’t taste the Peanut Butter, but I liked them both. We had Oreos, Reese’s pieces, the juicy fruit bubbles, and brownie pieces on it. It was really delicious and I would definitely stop here for dessert again, especially compared to the $15 sundaes for half the size across the street!

Horrible experience and customer service. 6 of us went in to get ice cream. One of our kids has a peanut allergy. We asked what they might have that she could eat. After looking like a deer in the headlights they proceeded to tell her she could have the brownie and strawberry ice cream. GREAT!! Then only to be told "we can't accommodate you". ALL because the girl behind the counter didn't want to WASH the ice cream scooper. Then told the mom of the child "YOU should know better than to come to a place that has nuts". NEVER again will this place get my money. I sure hope the owner sees this so they can see how their staff treats customers.

Growing up, TCBY was a staple in our lives so, when we discovered there was one in Gulf Shores we KNEW we had to stop. And, it did not disappoint!! They truly have THE BEST frozen yogurt!! I got a Graham cracker with Graham cracker pieces covered in chocolate and I added mini reeses pieces.

Fantastic place,very clean and friendly. During our visit was only one employee present, She was served drive through and lobby people. Not an easy task but she was friendly and smiling. I hope owner can understand that this place needs more than one worker. We enjoyed delicious Sunday with strawberry, blueberry and pineapple 🍍. Also my son ordered Chiller - something new and also delicious. We will be back and hope to see more smiling faces behind the counter.

Great experience here. Yummy frozen yogurt! I got the Blackberry, and husband got Cotten candy, both great flavors. We sat outside, had the misters going and it felt great. Workers were nice.

SO YUMMY! Worth the drive through! Sit inside with freezing AC or sit outside on a hot day with fine misters to keep you cool. The flavor offerings are all the popular flavors such as Chunky chocolate cookie dough, Mint Chocolate Chunk, Mt Blackberry (sugar AND Fat free)... top off with oreo cookies, nuts and ? Ice cream cakes and quart sized containers, Assorted Ms Fields Cookies for take home make this place a one stop shop for dessert. LOVE IT!

I gave TCBY a 5 star because we eat a lot of ice cream in Gulf Shores and they support Gulf Shores Schools the most. My kids love cotton candy ice cream and this is the only place that we have found it. My son was upset he tried a new ice cream and didn’t like it, but now he knows to get cotton candy again. We ate outside because it was sunny and they have mist and fans to help keep cool.

Out of at least 10 ice cream shops within a 2 mile radius (near the beach), we chose TCBY... mostly because other shops were surprisingly closed at lunch time on a SUN but we also had a better idea of what to expect.They had both soft serve, frozen yogurt as well as many hand-scooped ice cream flavors. The staff was very friendly and efficient...waiting on our 9 person group.The kids got frozen yogurt with gummie bears, worms, and sprinkles, etc...The butter pecan ice cream I got was very good and had tons of pecans!Two adults had milkshakes.We ate outside on the deck, where the tables had umbrellas...in the nice spring weather, but also because the inside dining area was freezing.There are bathrooms for both male and female customers inside, which were clean.The kids had room to walk around the deck as they lost patience for sitting still and then played on the shark, metal play sculpture.

I haven't had a TCBY near my home in at least 20 years. As soon as I saw this place I knew I had to visit. It was perfect and they had my two favorite flavors: white chocolate yogurt along with watermelon sorbet. I will be back!

I love this TCBY, but the woman working the window sometimes is absolutely so rude and negative. I pulled up today and ordered a waffle cone, asked her to add some chocolate chips and she said ‘uhhh… I mean I guess I can try..? It’s a cone..?’ Like GURL i promise you got this. When she came to the window, I asked her to flip the cone over into a bowl if she didn’t mind so it was easier to get eat while I drove. She responded ‘why wouldn’t you just ask for it in cup in the first place???’ With the BIGGEST attitude. OBVIOUSLY because I want the cone too. When I responded to this comment, she rolled her eyes and said ‘you could have order a cup with waffle cone topping…but I GUESS ill go get you a cup’ sorry I didn’t know this was an a option?? This isn’t the first negative interaction I have had with this woman in the drive through too. If such simple requests make you so annoyed and negative, please find a new job.

It's an old favorite and great choice for something sweet! You can't beat their parfait. Choice of ice cream with 3 toppings for 7.99. They had at least 5 people behind the counter and served at least 40 people in the 45 minutes we were there.

The ice cream is always great here.Not sure why sometimes they ask if you wanna leave a tip at the drive thru but we won't hold that against the 🍦🍨!They also have "pup cups" for the 4 legged vacationers!

Never had TCBY before this place and I've got to say...that truly sucks because not only did I find in it my new favorite ice cream flavor, but also retroactively found out one in my city shut down recently...which is even worse because holy mackerel this place in general is just phenomenal! I got their White Chocolate Moose and it was delectable! So good that I ordered it on night one of my trip, and again on night three! 5/5 Stars, TCBY is great.

Very nice facility! The service was quick and the servers were friendly. The yogurt was very good, and the price was suitable for the quality. There's space outside to eat, dining inside, and a drive-through.

I have not seen a Tcby treats since I was a child..the nostalgia..still the same amazing frozen yogurt..with all the trimmings..I recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious cooling treat on a sunny day..

Omg this place is number 1 in my eyes... I done came across some tasty ice cream but they is absolutely delicious 🤤.... customer service was pretty good the ice cream melts in your mouth it’s so Rich and creamy.... I will be returning 😁

Went and bought my MIL a birthday cake while we were on vacation. It was busy but that's understandable it's summer vacation. We were able to grab a cake out of the freezer and walk up and pay for it. Always visit TCBY when we are there.

Froyo was so good. I got Honey Graham and Choc. Brownie such good flavors. My daughter got cake batter...also delish. And my other daughter got a Shiver milkshake also Aaaaaamazing!!!TCBY never disappoints

Quite rude staff. Came in at 9:35 when they close at 10:30, so we definitely weren't last minute customers. Shoddily scooped up ice cream and exasperatingly pumped out fudge topping like we were the largest inconvenience ever. Then, after most of our party was seated and we had paid, asked us to sit outside. Only us, despite another party sitting at the table next to us. They had put up chairs for the other tables already, so we were at the only other table in there... they were just trying to get us out quickly as possible as soon as we stepped in the door.
