A great shopping experience!! I enjoyed the variety of products that aren’t typically found at other stores. The prices were reasonable, and store was very clean. They had a hot section that looked very tasty, I’ll have to make a trip back to trip. Very friendly service, highly recommend!!

The female cashier on register 10 is completely clueless and helpless. Jenn at customer service is beyond rude with a terrible attitude! This particular Rouses needs to hire better employees or train them better.

A great grocery store to pick up anything you could possibly need.The store is very clean and well organized with excellent produce and they even have aged beef which is rare.They have a good selection of souvenir items plus beach items as well.Everyone's super friendly and it's conveniently located with plenty of parking. Also wheelchair accessible.

So many issues with overcharges and attitudes that I don't know where to start. I'm sure Anthony J. Rouse would be very disappointed! 2 overcharges. One I saw at check out and the second one didn't notice until I got home. The person who answered the phone said I had to come back in to get the almost $10 refund although they were aware it was ringing up wrong. I don't know who she was but was not in the at least apologetic or helpful. I also RESENT going into a store in AMERICA having to listen to cashiers speaking SPANISH to each other!Even though Rouses have made some tempting specials and sent out $5 off coupons I will be returning to PUBLIX!

Visited for milk and bread and wow! I'm sad I didn't come earlier on my trip here. The hot bar was being transitioned from breakfast to lunch so I didn't see what they had there. Everything here looks clean and fresh. There's a lot of items I never see in regular markets and definitely not up north. They had some of the nicest looking collard greens I've ever seen. I was asked several times by staff if I was finding what I need. Honestly, I felt like I traveled back in Time to when grocery stores were like this everywhere. Personable, engaged and just pleasant. I could've walked around here for hours just looking at tll the stuff. Nice place!

If you want the best beef in the area, and the best butchers to help customize and advise you on cuts and cooking 5 star beef, this is the place. The deli is also a knockout with some of the best deli ham we have ever had!

Normally ok, i went there for breakfast on 3-12-24 was in a hurry nothing was out they said we have biscuits and sausage i said ok sounds great, figured ill make sausage biscuits. I grabbed a take out tray they brought out chicken strips and scrambled eggs!I mean I laughed my butt off as i walked out hungry! That was amazing! Chicken strips (for breakfast) and scrambled eggs! As im allergic to poultry!

A Cajun delight. Nobody else stocks as much Louisiana based food. Prices are high but it's convenient to the beach. Deli is not that great but the bakery is now my favorite store bakery anywhere in Baldwin County. Just keep an eye on expiration dates, there's a lot of expired stuff on the shelves, especially in the off season!They're doing some rearranging during spring break 2024 so things are a bit messy, but they now have an expanded cold beer selection.

(9-16-23). FYI DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ROUSES BEFORE 10 AM TO BUY STEAMED SHRIMP. EVEN THEN, CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE IS THERE TO STEAM THE SHRIMP.I continue to love Rouses! They steamed me a couple of pounds of Gulf of Mexico shrimp while I shopped. They awesome! (Sep 2, 2023)I love Rouses Market! There is a great deli and self-serve hot food bar. There is a Sushi Bar with a large selection a variety of sticky rice rolls. There are several coolers with salads and other selections. You have to see it for yourself! Be sure and check the seafood selection in the rear of the store. They will clean and steam shrimp at the per pound price. (Sep 28, 2022)I ordered two pounds of 20/25 shrimp deveined and steamed, and boiled red potatoes. They were cooked to perfection by Anthony, with Old Bay seasoning. There is enough shrimp and potatoes for four people, and they we're delicious! Give them enough time to prepare fresh shrimp by calling ahead. Mine had to be peeled, deveined and steamed, so I allowed an hour and a half. Ask them how long, and remember that this is a grocery store and there are people walking up for service. I highly recommend!

Efficient, friendly staff, great selection of quality food items at reasonable prices. This is not necessarily a discount supermarket, but what you get is well worth the prices you pay. Very good hot bar, olive bar, salad bar and deli. Come in, get what you need, yum.

Definitely one of best grocery stores I have ever been too . They literally have everything here. Fresh seafood. Cooked seafood. Sushi . Great produce selection.Huge beer and section with a huge selection of it all . The best collection of craft beers in the area without a doubt

I would like to shop there but never can. I'm handicapped and they never have any motorized carts I've come down twice, 30 minute drive, to shop here and have had to just leave. The last time the manager told me they only have two carts and one has been sent off for repair. There's also a lot of road construction making it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

One of my favorite stops when we are in the Gulf Shores area. They have a good selection of fresh seafood with a variety of ready to eat options as well. The meat counter is always fully stocked with dry aged beef and other great cuts. A great spot to stock up the condo while on vacation.

I call this "my store". They have a wide variety of spices and seafood to choose from. Fresh sushi and desserts are conveniently in the same area. Great lunch plates and deli. The wine selection is huge and the beer is cold. Live crawfish are reasonably priced here. Friendly staff and great location. Thanks

Look, I love rouses but you all need to really up your game. This a pitiful rouses in comparison to the stores in new orleans.If rouses has any hope of competing with aldi, bilo/winn dixie, or publix - some serious quality control needs to be put into place.I am sick of buying produce that goes bad a day or two after purchasing . Meat that turns brown and gray before the due date (or already that color in store) and deli items that rot and mold before its time.Get your stuff together before the new publix runs you out of town

Great store/chain with items they don't have at home. Seafood ☆☆☆☆!They were out of the crawfish pie that we had bought before, it's in kind of an exposed shrink wrap. I don't suggest buying this one at all and it's nothing like the other one.

Very busy whenever I went, didn't have enough time to look in the entire store. The wait in line for checking out was under 5 minutes. There was a good selection of beach umbrellas and ect, for anyone that didn't want to stop at another beach store. There was a beach supply store next door to it though. I did however grab a bag of popcorn.
