Hello, beloved Publix, because I love shopping here, but yesterday, unfortunately, I went to the market with my daughter and I didn't notice that from the boxes to the bottom there was milk spilled everywhere and I fell on my knees to the floor. No official noticed until a lady who told me She saw me crying and told me that she had informed the supervisor so that he could have them clean it. They did it later without placing protection cones. I'm sure there will be more people who have fallen like me, a single mother who today has pain in my back, knee and neck without being able to go to work. I hope my suggestion helps more people. Nobody came closer than the good lady, thank you 🙏

Nice Publix and friendly check out service. Seriously, soon we'll be reminiscing about the nice cashier service we received when shopping at Publix, when no one has any cashiers left. It's already rare for a store to have any lines open and not have a super long line. Thank you Publix!

Woman that helped me in the seafood section was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out some shrimp for the grill and even sprinkled some seasoning on them for me. Then without asking she pointed me to where the skewers were. I probably would have forgotten them otherwise.

Worst deli department in the entire Publix chain. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes before they can even get to your order and online orders you should probably give them an hour. Only one person making sandwiches regardless of how many people are in line every single time.

Publix fried chicken used to be my favorite, I told everybody how crunchy and crispy the deli chicken was! NOT anymore!!! The deli workers act put out and ignore the people standing in long lines for greasy horrible chicken.

I get my prescriptions here. Never had an issue getting my prescriptions. I get notified when they are ready and the amount.I love Publix Bakery. Employees are great always welcoming. Very clean store

We were in store to purchase a birthday 🎂 today. Very impressed with the selection. The most perfect purple buttercream iced 🎂 caught my eye. It cut easily into 4 servings...😆 the bakery is Top Shelf!!

Stopped in to the Gulf Shores Publix last week & ordered a sub for the first time at this location. Joy prepared my sub & provided outstanding customer service with a smile! She made the ordering process easy for me, provided great suggestions & overall just made my experience one I wanted to tell all my friends & family about. I will definitely return to this location for lunch again soon & will recommend to everyone I know!👍🏻🎉

Nice store But prices are Outrageously high...Walmart is just down the road and there produce is quite good ...Jack Fruit at this location was $6.29 Foley 5.79 ...If money is not an issue then shop til ya drop$$$

I love all the surprise perks Publix offers -- like a birthday cake, a bouquet on the anniversary of my joining, and random $2.00 off my total. Recently I learned that a shopper does not have to buy two items to save on buy one get one free -- buy one at half price. I continue to feel the store has the most helpful, happy employees of any grocery store.

I don't care if it's more expensive than Walmart - they have better fruit & veg, a better deli and a better bakery than just about anyone else in town. And it's worth a few pennies extra to not be a part of the hoards of Walmartians down the road. I do think Rouses now had a better bakery but this is still pretty good. The store brand Publix Premium ice cream is a real treat, too. Better than many of the big national brands.

I was in the bakery tonight looking for a cake and I cannot give enough praise to Sean for helping me out! He was so kind, attentive, and friendly.He went out of his way to make sure I was ok and answered any questions I have. He even went and grabbed a shopping cart for me when my hands were full.I always have great interactions with the employees at this location, but Sean is amazing and deserves all the praise.

I loved this grocery store! The food is a bit pricey but I love the fresh food selections and the ability for quick travel snacks like yogurt with fresh fruits and granola.

Be aware of expiration dates. We've lost money on some items. I'll be going back to the Orange Beach location. Orange Beach isn't a convenient location but for me it's worth the drive and time. Hopefully the new Publix location at the old Winn-Dixie on 59 will be better. Tired of wasting hard earned money because the store employees can't or won't remove expired groceries.

Clean establishment and surrounding area. Polite and helpful staff. No more expensive than most grocery stores. Pretty well stocked when we were there, but I'm sure they have supply chain issues at times like everyone these days. Loved the blown up inflatables around the store, just wish I had room in my luggage to bring one home on the plane.
