Place is a disaster inside. Boxes and carts of boxes in most aisles making navigation of store difficult.Also if calling looking to see if something is stock, dont. Watched cashier answer phone and put them on hold. Then few minutes later pick up phone and say no we dont.

Very clean store. The reason for 4 stars is that some of the items were still in boxes on the sales floor. Everyone is super friendly.

So one day last week I went in to get some carwash supplies and went to checkout counter and as usual nobody was at anyone of the 3 registers they have and so I placed my supplies at the beginning of the conveyer belt and went and got something I had forgotten came back and found my supplies had been moved and 2 ladies in line getting checked out so I asked the warm body where they they had gone and she pointed to where they bag items to go and said these are yours? Get these outta here they're in my way! Now I placed them at the beginning of the belt outta everyone's way I don't know who moved them but she was extremely rude about it and has no idea how to talk to people. Today called the store 5 times and no answer

Staff was very unfriendly. Asked if I could get cash after I purchased something in the store and the clerk was so rude to me..."you mean you want cash back" she said. Not sure what was up with her but did not receive good customer service at all at this store.

If I could give 0 I would. Wanted to run in for one thing quick. 10 minutes before closing. Employee meets me at door blocking me from entering and def closer than 6 feet from me (leaving his customer at the checkout alone) and says “ we are closing soon”. I reply “ok yes, just need to grab something” , he replies rather rudely “Well you better get it quick”. Not the greatest customer service so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

This store usually appears to be understaffed, whether this is due to lack of employees or lack of usable labor hours is unknown to me. They do have a reasonable selection of dollar priced merchandise ranging from snacks and grocery odds and ends to decorations and household staples. The staff i have interacted with here is always friendly even if appearing frazzled from being overworked. Definitely a stop to make.

Store needs a lot of cleaning and stocking. Lady at checkout was friendly - that's the only reason I gave them 4 stars. Had she not been friendly, it would have been 3 stars.

We were visiting from out of town and stopped in to pick up some odds and ends. I am an advid Dollar Tree shopper and can say this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a Dollar Tree. The male cashier (I regret not knowing his name, because he deserves a raise!) was working alone but still enthusiastically greeted every person who walked in as well as provided several hilarious one liners as he rang up our items. We were literally still quoting him on our return trip and cracking up. One of the highlights of our trip!!

Store suppose to open at 9 AM. Staff reportedly sat and watch customers knock on doors until 9:15 AM. Wife went shopping here today and spent close to 60$ on supplies and had our small son packing out groceries to the car since the carts aren't allowed outside. Then the cashier says she cant break 100$ bill. Manager was called up and he to said they cant break 100$ bill. So wife goes to car to bring back groceries while manager follows her out. While in parking lot manager decides that they can break the large bill. BE CAREFUL HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS, IT MAY BE HAZARDOUS FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

We were happy with what we got. They had everything we needed. But when we left the store the store, one of our sacks tore open and the product lwaked out some. The lady would not give us a replacement.

Asked the cashier where the bathroom was twice before she told me to hold on, I told her I couldn't hold on my 6 year old was about to pee himself and then she finally points it out. We didn't make it to the bathroom before he peed himself. Got her name has we left it's Melissa. She was too concerned with clocking in to give us directions to the bathroom.

Nrver seems well stocked having said that greeting cards are fifty cents. Beauty and health is good. Its s dollar store. Cashiers always polite and plenty of parking

They seemed to be very short staffed. The shelves were somewhat empty and messy, many boxes in the isles (maybe waiting to be unpacked?) Only 1 cashier and many of us in line.
