Where do I even start... The store is filthy and unorganized. I visited this store a few years ago and it was nothing like it is now. The management must be terrible! Ive been told by multiple people, that the woman running the place is a joke! It's a shame that they just let anyone run a place! The floors look terrible. If they were to do what they were supposed to do as far as sweeping and mopping the store daily, the floors wouldn't be near as bad.i visited the restroom and I couldn't believe how filthy that it was in there! I was lost for words! #DOBETTERGUIN

Rolling tall open bins of empty boxes in several places. Rolling bins of product/merchandise in several places. Shelves not stocked. Shelves not orderly. Floor looked like it had not been swept in two or three weeks. Want to keep this store--it needs help to get it back to looking good again.

Dollar general in Guin is horrible. There never stocked, horrible service, carts are always in the way. If you do ask where something is they will always respond they don't have it or they will claim is never was a product in store. On top of that most employee's/ keyholder's act fake nice and it shows so much. Long story short a horrible place to try and shop for anything. On top of everything I shouldn't have to wait for someone to stock a shelf or finish a cigarette before I get checked out. It's completely ridiculous.

The girls here are so much more helpful and way friendlier than the staff at the Winfield location. Store is not as cluttered and hard to maneuver through either. So thankful they opened up here

the lady and guy this night was very helpful and laid back praise God. (ALSO MY CHILDREN WAS ACTING WILD).. because the times before very rude and didn't want to help..also lack of knowledge about the sales, products there and was very much like I'm busy. but got on their personal cell phone and had a loud and continuous conversation then rudely spoke to me when I needed to check out. 😭😭 it was horrible

Errthang in one place! Nicest folks too and very helpful. The store is CLEAN. I miss 'Freds' but so glad we now have a Dolla Gentral 😁 that's Dollar General for you folks that ain't "In The Know" 🤣

These Dollar Stores are ALWAYS such a clutter and a mess.. The company sends way to much inventory for the staff to even begin to try to put the merchandise on the shelves.. Also, NOT ENOUGH HELP!!
