I've came in twice in the past 3 days And they were checking other people out that was not waiting in line while they had customers there for 20 plus minutes waiting to get checked out And the service is absolutely horrible do not recommend

It was an effort in futility trying to get the cashier or the manager to understand that posted prices should be correct. Their remedy was, "it's correct in the sale paper". Then the clerk could not return/ credit prior sale, waiting on Mgr who left the terminal to ring other sales. It was intentional to make me wait until she too care of several others until I finally had enough and told her to finish my return and sale. This Store mgmt is in bad need of customer service training.

The store was filthy and unorganized, There are holes in the floor and the parking lot needs redone. The whole store seems in disrepair with no effort being made to correct it.

In the Dollar General store in Grove Hill Alabama they neve have the supplies that you need.when the truck runs they do not put out the supplies they whole them back for the one they won't to give them to.
