Most of the time I use Walgreen in Greenville I have no problem. But when this one person is working I have nothing but issues. He passes judgment and I feel like it a color issue. My script was changed on my dosage and how much I take. This is the 4th time he has refused to fill. I will not use this place again. I went to another pharmacy and had no problems. He has a nasty attitude. Do ur job!!!!!I'm not the only one that he has treated this way.

Stopped in here today to use the restroom and grab some road snack for the rest of my drive to Birmingham. I got a bag of jalapeño kettle chips, a hillshire farms lunchable, and a KitKat! The staff was friendly, and the restroom was clean! No complaints

just go to cvs if your in greenville, the walgreens has really bad employees. from the csa’s not wanting to come to the cash register to check out your items, to the people in pharmacy always sitting back there laughing not helping. save your time

Had a 1:00 appointment to get covid tested that was needed in order to fly out of the country. We got here at 12:50 and was told to pull over to the side parking where we would be waved over for the test. You can't see through those windows!! The number was on file to call ... No one called, No one walked out .. nothing!. We jumped back in like at 1:35 to get tested. What's the point in having an appointment if you can't have the test already ready?

There’s not a time that I use the pharmacy drive thru and don’t sit for about 20 minutes or more. And once you get to the window, you wait 10-15 minutes more. No hello, how you doing, thank you, have a good day, nothing. Poor customer service.

This pharmacy is the worstest pharmacy I have ever used they are never open always closed cant get them on the phone half the time when they do answer its hold please then they never come back I will be changing to pharmacy that's open when it says it open

I went in with my mother to get a flu shot a couple days ago, and I wanted to get a video of me receiving a flu shot. (There are tons of videos circulating the internet of children, teens, and adults reacting to needles) and I was going to video myself receiving one with my mother's help because she too thought it would be funny.We were both perfectly fine with putting our experience on camera, and did not feel as though it were violating our privacy.The nurse, or woman with needle named Shay came in and just as my mother was about to get her shot, she tells me to turn off my camera. She would not provide services while being videoed. I was stunned and asked why and she proceeded to tell me it was a violation of HIPAA.I was annoyed, but turned it off, not understanding what the deal was with videoing my esperience when countless others have done it IN DOCTORS OFFICES. When it came time for me to receive my shot she looked at me like I was crazy for jumping away from the needle and crying.I DONT LIKE NEEDLES WHY DO YOU THINK I WAS RECORDING.My arm was sore for days after the shot, which was probably my own doing for tensing up but she did nothing to even console her "patient". Not knowing much about HIPAA I went and asked some of my nursing friends and a phlebotomist I went to school with if there was a passage in HIPAA about a provider refusing service because of privacy on camera and both said no I even followed up on it by looking up HIPAA. Because the P in HIPAA stands for PATIENT not PROVIDER. Walgreens, if you don't want people videoing their experience (knowing what they are risking with their own privacy) please put up signs saying "no video or camera beyond this point" which will clear things up big time.I will never get my flu shot at Walgreens again. Tell your "nurse" to work on their bedside manner.

I go to print OVER 500 photos of my kids off of my cellphone and NOT one time did they tell me I can't place an order for more than 150 pictures at a time. I sat at that store on Friday for over an hour choosing photos just to get a call on Sunday that NONE of my pictures are going to be printed BECAUSE I submitted to many on one order. I was told to come back in and submit orders of 150 at a time......plenty of employees walked past me while I sat there choosing pictures for over an hour and NOT ONE employee said anything to me. WASTE OF MY TIME!

The pharmacy is not answering the phone. There are 3 or 4 girls back there and all they do is talk and laugh. I was on hold today 27 mins. Come on. Been in line to pickup and seen it first hand. Place sucks

They fired the Manager and the pharmacy was slow and store is going to the dogs. A total mess as the district management has alot of problems with the no policy of certain problems that plague the District Management. Walgreens needs to look into their own internal problems with others.

I brung my kids inside store to fill out applications and the manager was at counter. My daughter knew how to fill applications but the manager insists on not helping with our services instead she had a smart attitude and said What ARE YOU ALL DOING ON THAT COMPUTER BACK THERE DID U ASK SOMEBODY IF SHE WOULDVE BEEN A REAL MANAGER SHE SHOULDVE ASKED MY I HELP YOU. Real rude too the core.

Service at drive thru window is terrible. Please update your website. It says the pharmacy opens at 8:00 am, but doesn’t open until 9:00am. I sat in line for over an hour.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! EVERY TIME I GO ITS A 30 MINUTE WAIT! I SENT MY HUSBAND TO PICK UP MY MEDICATION THIS LAST TIME AND HE WAITED FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR AND THEN TOLD HIM MY PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT READY WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY 2 HOURS PRIOR!! I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THIS PHARMACY AGAIN AND I SURE HOPE SOMEONE HIGHER DOES SEE THIS BECAUSE OUR BUSINESS IS LOST!!
