My husband was pulling our camper to the beach and had a blow out. He changed the tire and decided to stop at McKinley Tire to get a new spare for the rest of the trip. Thank goodness he did. He ended up getting 4 new tires. He had the best experience. He said everyone was super nice and helpful and had him back on the road in no time.

The most friendly and welcoming service! Reasonably priced as well. Was on the road from Alabama to Mississippi and realized I had a nail in my tire. Called and spoke with Buddy, and they patched my tire within an hour. Made it safely to my destination with the help of these people! 5 stars across the board.

After a weeklong camping trip in our way home we had a blowout. By happenstance this was the closest tire company. Thank goodness!! Nice family owned company. Thought we’d get one tire. So happy with service and treatment we got 4. Soon we were happy and safely back on the road. Highly Recommend these folks! Even allowed us and our dog to wait in the cool comfortable sitting area

McKinley “patched” a leak in my tire. Stated I needed new break pads. I took my car elsewhere for the pads. My tire that they so called patched was flat when I left work at 6 am in the morning. I got my car back to the shop for my break pads and found out McKinley never patched the hole in the first place. I ended up having to buy an entire TIRE because they didn’t do their job the first time. Gave me a partial refund for the patch they never fixed and would not compensate for the expense of a new tire that was their fault in the first place. To note, my tire was only a year old. Thanks will not be back.

Found a piece of metal in our tire while we were fueling up nearby. Called McKinley Tire and Buddy was able to get us in shortly before they closed. We were in, out, and back on the road in about an hour. Very friendly and affordable. Recommended to anyone who is traveling that needs prompt and professional service. Hopefully we will never need them again but will visit here again if we do.

When you go to McKinIey Tire you will receive trustworthy service.I was driving from Florida to Minnesota. My right rear tire was losing air. I went to a different auto service in Greenville and the guys there showed me the screw in the tire. They said I needed a new tire. They did not have my tire in stock so I headed over to Mckinley Tire. After asking if they had my tire in stock they also said no but could they order one. We ordered one. I asked the manager if he would take a look at the leaky tire and see if he thought it was beyond repair. After taking a quick look at it he thought they might be able to repair it. They would know more once it was removed from the rim. Later in the day the manager called me to let me know they were able to fix the tire. I did not need to buy a new one. And, he provided me with a shuttle service from my hotel back to the shop. Super nice guys!

I had problem with my engine cooling fan and ac in my Buick Century and this place fixed it same day and charged me cheap.They also checked my tires.I remember my husband used them before to change his semi truck tires and semi trailer that’s why I knew this place. My husband was always satisfied their service.I would recommend this place if you’re looking a repair shop to fix your car or have problem with your tires.Thank you so much guys. I will surely come back if I have problem with my car or if I need to change my tires.

I was traveling and desperately needed 4 new tires for my camper after 2 blowouts. I called and spoke to Steve. He had me 4 new tires ready when i arrived and a good price and got me back on the road. All the employees i spoke with were super friendly. I would definitely do business with them again!!

We were traveling home to Georgia when the battery light came on and stayed on. A quick stop at Advanced Auto led us to believe we needed a new alternator.We decided not to risk breaking down in Atlanta...in the dark...during rush hour.The kind folks at McKinley Tire pretty much took the van right in while we waited in the clean, quiet, comfortable waiting room.After checks and rechecks, they discovered our issue was a loose wire: no new alternator or battery needed. We were fully expecting both.These folks could have easily taken advantage of us and the fact we were "just traveling through".Would highly recommend them for thoroughness and honesty.

Good prices on tires. They balance and rotate tires purchase there for free. Only problem, it will take at least half a day to get this service done so ether a very long wait in their reception(nice) area or you have to leave your car and pick up late that afternoon, which can be a problem if you don't have anyone to help you with this or you need your car for business that day. Maybe an appointment system would be better?

I had an unexpected tire flat as I exited. I was traveling from FL to TX and had to make a detour north to avoid hurricane Zeta. Buddy at McKinley suggested I call Tills Towing who did an excellent job getting me to McKinley Tire Sales. I was told in advance it would take 3 hours to get my tire delivered so he managed my expectations well. Buddy let me know my car was almost done so I could gather my things. This made me less rushed to pay. Their customer service was excellent.

This dealer is great. They took their time with us and tried their best to get the size tire we needed, but when no one had the size we needed they helped us by putting the donut on the car. They stayed late to do so. Brian Cater and Buddy Sullivan were outstanding!If you are ever in need of auto service and close by Greenville, Al, stop there. They are good!

Nothing worse than having car trouble in the middle of the night when you are 10 hours from home! After spending the rest of the night in a closed gas station parking lot, McKinley was our saving grace. They were one of the only places open on a Saturday morning and close enough to where we broke down. Brian and his staff were very knowledgeable and quick with repairs. And very reasonable priced! I had just purchased an older rollback that had been setting for about a year and was headed back to Tennessee when one of the rear tires blew . Found McKinleys on Google , so I called and they said if I can make it to them , they would do all they could to help me ( because their service truckwas out on another call )..and help me they did ! Got right on it , checked my other tires , even replaced one that looked like it might be next ! Polite , fair , and really professional. Treated me as if I was a local ! Hope it doesn't ever happen again , but if it does , i would go out of my way to get to them !!!

They could have easily taken advantage of us but instead solved all of our cars problems. They even ran into additional issues and still only charged the price they had originally quoted us. We were traveling through and had a blowout on our camper, we stopped here for a replacement tire. We had 3 small children with us, and expected to wait about an hour. However while we wrestled 3 restless children and they got to us, 3 "workers" sat out back smoking and playing with their dogs. I understand waiting a reasonable amount of time, but by all means please don't say you are working as fast as you can when your dogs are a greater priority than your customers. Over 2 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I would never stop here again.

Driving south from Chattanooga to Biloxi I picked up a piece of metal and needed to get back going quick. I called these guys and they said they could get me in right away so I stopped had the tires patched and was back going in 30 minutes!!!! I have never had ANY tire service this fast!! Well done. Friendly service and fair price. Highly recommended if you need any tire work see these guys!

On our way home from gulf shores had 2 blowouts in 10 miles on my 5th wheel camper on i65 north. Called McKinley to see if they offer roadside service and if they had any tires in stock. Man on the phone advised me someone would be there within an hr or so. Jay showed up just before the one hour mark. Changed my blown out tire. We then followed Jay back to their shop to get the remaining tires changed due to the age of the tires and it was 98* outside. They worked us right in changed the remaining tires , got us in and out headed back to north Ga. I’m in mechanic service myself professionally and this was THE BEST experience I’ve had needing something done on my own personal vehicles and especially in a breakdown emergency side of the road situation. Need help call them, you won’t be disappointed.

I just picked my car up today (a 2004 Nissan 350z) after a 3 week on and off ordeal with McKinley Tire. 3 weeks ago I went in there for 2 rear tires, and had them balance and align all four, simple enough. Well they found that I had a wheel bearing going out, they were unable to align my tires without replacing it. I know this is a $50 part and should take an hour of work to replace and would be about $100 extra, but it had to be done. They quoted me $459 for the part and labor of just replacing the bearing. I didnt understand, and when I asked why it was so expensive they said that they had to order the part and that was the price and were very vague as to why it was so expensive. Not seeing another option I agreed to just have it done and get it over with. I get my car back 4 days later and I slowly start noticing issues that weren't there before I brought it in. I call them and they said bring it by when I could. Having just changed jobs I couldnt take time off during their buisness hours to bring it by and it was a week before I was forced to take it by when one of my tires went out.They were kind enough to "inspect my issues" and replace the tire for nothing but the cost of the tire, however none of the issues I brought up were looked at or addressed at all. I found this out when I picked up my car today. All that had been done was look at the wheel and diagnose why it blew out. None of the driving problems that I brought up that had arisen since I picked it up the first time were looked at. After leaving today from picking it up for the last time, I noticed that the problems I had reported had gotten even worse.I went into McKinley 3 weeks ago, expecting to pay $127 for just some tire work and ended up being forced to pay over $700 just to have my car running worse than it was when I brought it to them. Throughout this ordeal, they never called to update me on when the car could be picked up and they were even days slower than they said they would be. I will never do buisness with McKinley tire again, and I advise anyone with an older car that might have a few issues as mine does to please heed my words.

I was headed home to Birmingham from Mobile and stopped in Greenville for some lunch and noticed one of my tires was making a horrible sound. I stopped by here and they got to my car right away! It was a simple fix and they got me in and out quick and didn’t even charge me! Super friendly! Would give a 10 out of 10!

McKinley's shop is run by a very, very competitive staff, they were able to repair my trailer in record time knowing that I needed to deliver my cargo as soon as possible. I called and let them know I work 13 hour shifts and asked if they could get tires put fairly quick before I had to be at work that night. An hour and 52 minutes I left without them even having started. Getting the tires put on elsewhere for $260 less tomorrow.
