Pretty good place. I thought my room was great: clean, big enough, pretty quiet (I was at the far end of the hallway), bathroom had good water pressure and decent towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room had a big TV, fridge and microwave, all you might want.My only dissatisfaction was with the stairwell - it was pretty disgusting. It definitely need to needed to be swept, but even more than that, it needed a mopping. There were stains and drops of who-knows-what on most of the steps and landings. But, my room was clean and smelled good, so I would be OK with staying here again.

A safe, CLEAN, hotel in a great location! We stayed one night here on the way back from Florida, and it was a great stop. We had some issues with the TV, but the staff was so helpful and accommodating! They immediately worked on the issue for us and offered us another room when it couldnt be fixed. Beds were comfortable, hot shower with good pressure and breakfast was hot and delicious- the breakfast worker could gain some manners, but it was otherwise a very pleasant experience overall! Will definitely be staying here again.

Extra $25 per pet, NO early check-in allowed, breakfast is pretty bad - budget version of typical offerings: cereal, yogurt, dry eggs, mealy sausage patties, bland waffles. One room key provided at a time. Room rate was high for minimal amenities & comfort.Food & drinks: Lots of terrible fast food nearby

Trying to find a well priced and clean hotel is not easy when traveling. This Comfort Inn had great reviews and they were true. We checked in late after midnight and we’re so tired. The front desk clerk Paul was so helpful and professional. Check in was easy because of him.The hot breakfast buffet was good. A variety of hot and cold breakfast foods and drinks. Breakfast hours were 6-9. We went to eat at 8:30 and their was plenty of breakfast food selections. The waffles were delicious especially the banana nut.The room was clean and the A/C worked great. Microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. We were in a pet room on the first floor and it didn’t smell like a wet dog.The bathroom was large and clean. We are rebooking this hotel on our return trip home. This is a must stop for our future trips to Texas. I am definitely telling my family and friends to stay here on their travels to visit us on the East Coast. I wish we would arrived sooner the beds were comfortable and we slept good. Soda and ice machine were on the first floor. The lobby area was clean and they had a comfortable seating area. This is a good place to stay.

This was, to our pleasant surprise, the nicest economy hotel we can remember staying at. With no reservation, we pulled into this location due to exhaustion and an unwillingness to look for anything else. We just need sleep. Since we had no reservation we got what was left--the executive suite (I think that was what it was called). The room was huge, but really only had the same amenities as any other room just with a lot more square footage. As we checked out the room we very quickly noticed how clean it was and that it didn't have that typical hotel smell. The bed was comfy and also had clean fresh sheets; not always a reality, even at swanky hotels. Bottom line--it was a great place to rest before hitting the road again...no frills or hype, just comfortable and clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly at all times. The breakfast area was super clean even though it was very busy. The lady working the breakfast was fantastic. She was on top of keeping food out and keeping tables clean and making sure everyone had what they needed. She was also attentive to all the little ones there. The rooms were very clean. We stay in a lot of hotels and we have NO complaints about this one at all. The pool was super clean. And the staff was so sweet with the grandbabies. We will definitely be back.

Was a great place to stop for the night to get back on the road in the morning. They had complimentary breakfast as well. However, the only issue I did find is that one of the staff members that was keeping the breakfast options stocked kept stairing my party and I very intently. She was not shy about the fact that she almost ran around the wall that led to the back door to see if we did anything.Rooms: The room was clean and neatly prepared for our arrival.Safety: We did not feel as if we were in any danger and felt very safe. Very safe even for kiddos.Food & drinks: Food and drink was very good. Had several options to choose from.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, comfortable. We pulled off the highway late at night after driving all day so I was thankful for the availability at this nice new feeling hotel. We liked being able to walk next door to the Taco Bell. Breakfast was just okay!! The scrambled eggs are not very good, but the sausage & boiled eggs were yummy!

Quiet just like I needed. Staff was pleasant as well. I do think if you stay there after so many days as I did they should show some gratitude with regards to the price of the room. I.E a discount on your roomWalkability: Everything is pretty much in walking distance. Great location.

Just had the most racist experience here at this Comfort Inn. I walked in to meet a friend whose kid was playing in a baseball tournament in town, and was immediately harassed by the clerk at the front desk as my black face walked past. She immediately said that visitors aren’t allowed in rooms and that the person staying there has to come down to the lobby. I have never heard of this rule at any hotel. She then asked me to leave and said she was calling the police. I asked for the manager and she stated they were on the phone with her and told her to call the police. I attempted to record and she went to the back and closed the door. I will never ever stay at a Comfort Inn going forward with them allowing such blatant discrimination such as this to happen. There were caucasian people walking through and not a word was said to them. This is sad.

BUGS!! Exterior door locks broken so that anyone off the street can enter, filthy bug ridden room, rude front desk clerk, and rude manager Shauna. Avoid this hotel at all cost!! We checked in to room 202 at 7pm only to discover a bug infested room (bugs behind the bed, on the floor, on the ceiling, in the curtains, on the chair and desk). We checked out an hour later. At this time, I’m not sure that we’ll even receive a refund. The front desk clerk, Vanessa, said she didn’t know how to print a receipt and the manager Shauna said she would email one tomorrow. Neither seemed to be surprised that the room was infested with bugs and the clerk Vanessa informed me that they were trying to accommodate me bc I was traveling with two small dogs. So because I have my pets traveling with me, you put me, my husband and 10 year old daughter in a bug infested room??? When I let the manager Shauna know that I would be contacting the board of health, she said so we have proof that we have been exterminating for lady bugs. There were more than just lady bugs in that room. If you’re traveling along I65 in Greenville. AL and need a hotel room, avoid Comfort Inn. Better yet avoid Greenville altogether!!!

Staff doesn't seem to care about anything. They tried to charge me twice. Fitness center doesn't work. Breakfast sucks. EVERY single Comfort Inn is garbage now. What happened?? All the owners are cheap and Choice Hotels has to quality control anymore.

Danielle was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, better than the Ritz in Chicago. The cleaning staff was super friendly. This is our hotel choice if we travel this area again. He

Nice clean hotel. Desk clerk at evening check in wasn't overly friendly. Breakfast was almost non existent. Shouldn't say they have breakfast. Boiled eggs, sausage links, biscuit and gravy. While we were eating at 830am no one ever filled the sausage links. The desk person did offer to bring us some yogurt. Not even any milk for grandchildren and not even traditional waffles. Grandkids live for them.
