When I moved here woman in charge was very nice. I went asking questions. Simple question on stock. She had a horrible attitude. I think she was the manager. I go there very rarely unless there is something that only they have. The last time I had been there I got the same attitude. The workers were great. Price are higher than regular the food store. It is not a dollar. When most products can be found cheaper else where. While go there and be treated badly by the manager.

Convenient hours, but expect to pay higher prices than normal. Plus, checking out may take 30 minutes or more at times. Although they have three registers and one is a self checkout, they are closed except one. That's right no matter how many customers are in line they will only open one register, leaving people standing in line for a long long time. I have seen many customers leave their merchandise and walk out.My personal experience was that my ice cream completely melted while in line. Besides the ice cream freezer is not cold enough. What I can buy for $7 at Walmart is $10 at this store.

I was in the Greensboro Al store 11/15/2023. I scanned the clearance items on there DG app. When I went to the check out the items didn’t scan at the same price as the app indicated. The Asst Manager on duty refused to honor the price. So I asked for them the take the items off. The Asst Manager was very rude.

The store is always clean upon walking in but never well stocked it has a blocker so you get no reception inside prices are never marked right the employees change constantly and are not very friendly

If there was an option for zero stars I'd choose that. I'm new and got lost in that town. I parked in the parking lot to navigate where I needed to be.. the "manager" walked over to me and asked who I was and that I " needed to get out of there". Literally treated me like a dog. She had no sense of asking if needed help. She was just plain out RUDE. She even threatened to call the cops on me. This "KAREN" needs to not be in a management position of she's going to treat people inhumane.

Shift manager just told me there was no such thing as store credit when returning item without receipt. Store policy says you exchange or get gift. card. Learn your job. It's not like this is an usual request.

Dollar General stores are among the cleanest places with the friendliest employees I've ever shopped. This one was no exception. Knowledgeable clerks and a great selection of the items on my list. Thanks for another successful mission, DG!

The past 3-4 years they are always packed with one register open and always out of stuff plus no where to part when us hard working people get off work. Other than that it's all we got is only reason I give 4 stars.

Horrible place of service . Management was chatting w/ another person of her race & rudely asked me what I needed & when I told I needed to make a purchase for cash back her she refused service . Her name is Beverly & she has been in that position to long to still be so rude . Do not shop here .
