SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. --Called for after hours service but needed a tow. Russell offered their towing service and gave me a quote. The next day, I was informed that their tow driver was unavailable and that they had taken it upon themselves to hire another tow company without our knowledge or permission. That would probably have been ok if it was the same price BUT it wasn't. Also, I asked multiple times what tow company actually handled the call but they would not tell me. I still have no idea who towed my truck. They took the other tow bill and added it to their invoice so I would not see who I was paying. Basically, they brokered my tow call and charged me like they had done the work. Don't believe all these perfect reviews. If you read the negative ones, you see that all of them talk about being overcharged.

Stay away from this people if you don't want to be taking advantage and get disrespected trying to have a normal conversation I have been charged $2474.00 for materials that only cost them under $800 for 3 hours of work they charged me for labor of the road service more then $1600 stay away please truckers.

My husband is an owner operator and we needed some drive tires. We went to M&M Tire and mechanical and were only going to get 2 drive tires. Because of the service and friendliness and professionalism we ended up getting 4 instead. They had several different brands and explained the pros and cons to each. The prices were very reasonable. They did not try to pressure you into buying the most expensive or buying anything you did not need. The staff in the office as well as the technicians were very friendly and helpful. The shop was very clean. They put the tires on in a timely manner. And double checked their work just to be on the safe side. If you ever need any tire or mechanical work I would definately recommend this company. We will definitely use them in the future. Great experience all around.

I had the absolute privilege of meeting Evelyn when my car broke down at their exit. This place exclusively works on big rigs and rv's so they couldn't do any work on my passenger car. However, Evelyn let me in while I figured out what to do with my situation and was the kindest soul I have ever encountered in this type of stressful situation. I feel so lucky to have come across this place and Evelyn. I can't attest to their mechanical work, but I can confidently say they have great quality humans there and I can't imagine anything other than great quality work coming from them.

ROBBERS !! AVOID !!Charged me extra 2hrs labor because apparently they had 3 mechanics work on my trailer and they finished it way earlier than they expected,wow. When i tried to cut those 2hrs on the check our afterhours girl was threatened by the supervisor or owner i don't know who,he stated that he have very good relationship with the police in the town and we should not play that games with him,if the truck stay the night at his shop he will charge +300$.. we paid in total at end .. Anyway i was overcharged on my invoice and thats why i've tried at least to pay for the original labor hours 2:20pm in bay 6:00pm finished. I was charged for 6hrs labor.

I was referred by Bo who typically works on my fleet whenever we have issues in Birmingham. Bo was out of town and recommended M&M and what phenomenal service. Locking pin on the tandem was not working properly. Literally had it fixed in 10mins on a Sunday at 6pm. Man listen any issues I have in this area again I’m utilizing these guys. Passing through towing our RV on our way across country and my husband lost a tire on his dually. We stopped in here by chance, after calling several stores with no luck, and not only did they have the tire we needed but they changed it right then and got us back on the road. Everyone was helpful and super nice, and Brenda at the front office was a delight!

Overall service was good and quick. Had tcase removed and replaced upon removal was told a part I replaced recently was going bad told service manager part was covered by dealership warranty but instead of doing a dealership warranty forced me to spend almost 250 more then needed on bill. Ex veteran. Nice to know this is how they treat military veterans though.

We run a family owned business. We are 24/7. We want every job to go well and every customer to be happy. That don't always happen. We do quality work and are there for our customers. We go the extra mile for our customers like taking them to rent a car or getting them to a hotel when they are broke down. Breakdowns are expensive. No one plans to be broke down with a tire or mechanical problem. Our job is to get the problem taken care of as soon as possible for the best price as possible and make a bad situation as good as possible. We have very good techs they work hard and very long hours. Often I forget to tell them thanks for jobs well done. We appreciate what our employees do for the company and all the good people and companies we work for. Thanks for your business and to all our employees thanks for jobs well done.

Even after waking him up to come fix our tire he was still unbelievably pleasant. Carla the night dispatcher was so sweet and so helpful. I will be recommending M&M to anyone and everyone. We ran out of fuel about 1/8th of a mile from this business in our minivan and called this place to see if they could help us out by running over a gallon of fuel and us pay them for it. The lady on the phone informed me that they would charge a $105 service fee, the cost of fuel, and for two hours of labor. The total was around $350. I am not joking. I politely got off the phone with her, called Warrior Tractor, and within 10 minutes we had a truck with two guys pouring 5 gallons of fuel in. They refused any payment. Because they aren't greedy scum like M&M.

Far the worst place that I've seen in my life. They tend to overcharge people and when you ask them WHY you are threatened that if you dont pay the whole bill they have good connections in the local police and they gonna call them on you, and you cannot do nothing about it. This company and the 2 techs they sent to help us are top notch! I cannot say enough good things about them. We lost an axle on our 5th wheel on I-65 in Birmingham. They came out and fixed it onsite and then escorted us to their shop to finish the job. They had it done that same day!

DRIVERS if you are broke down and need a repair or tow..this is the place to call 10 star service in ALL areas. Tech's were genuine and polite. took the time to hook up in a difficult situation without damaging any of my equipment. just hands down the best. all around.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I asked to be given an estimate but was never contacted. When I called and asked if anyone had looked at the truck I was told that the idle pulley and belt had to be replaced at a cost of over $600. I said this was higher than expected and noone called me with the estimate. She was then rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs.
