I love this place they were all so kind to me when I had to take my fourteen year old dashaund for what turned out to be his heart and he had to go to the rainbow bridge. My heart was breaking and they did all they could to help. They had cremated and he's home with momma

Was a great first experience. I wasn’t rushed through the process and they asked what concerns I had for each animal with relatively fair pricing in my opinion compared to other vets. I also like that the vet takes her time explaining the medication instead of just saying here ya go.

I am so glad we found Dr. Billings and Grant Animal Clinic. The doctors and staff are so helpful and caring; it's obvious they put the animals first. We've used them for everything from basic vaccinations to complex surgery like removing a cat's eye. (She had an untreatable cataract that was causing her a lot of pain - I attached a post-surgery photo). The outcomes of all treatments have been great and we appreciate how they work to control costs. They carefully explain the risks and benefits of all bloodwork and other treatments before doing it and tell you how much it's going to cost.The clinic is almost an hour drive away from our house, but the excellent staff, great care, and affordable health care cost makes it worth the drive.Try them! You won't be sorry!

Although our wait was long, the service was excellent. My dog was in for a nail trim. The vet tech snipped little by little to get the shortest cut without cutting the quick. My old dog did not get stressed.

They are very responsive and very friendly and take good care of your pet needs. They will work with you on the vet bill and won't give you any surprises. They have a good system, you call them when you arrive and they come out and get your pet and give you a full explanation and paperwork right at your car window! They also do grooming & toe nails! They are great!

Very sweet vet, I called and got in at the end of the day with my girl Willie, a red pit rescue with a bad leg. I have had her for years so I was in tears seeing her in such pain. They worked her in and she was feeling better by bedtime. I have 9 dogs and they are all fully vetted so I am a vet customer pro, this place is a hidden jewel in little bitty Grant, Al.

Very efficient with diagnosing my lab with allergies and treating her right away. My coconut has not been this happy in years. The last vet we took her to kept saying it was ear infections.Treated my pit after he had been in a fight on Christmas day. They were very patient with Rocky and his temperament and anxiety.Just the other day, they worked really hard at trying to save my sisters dog, Nyla. However, after so much suffering due to chronic seizures, my sister agreed it was Nylas time. They work with an amazing company that creates beautiful urns with engravings, and they took paw and nose prints and framed them. There was also another special box that had Nylas paw imprint.I highly recommend Grant Animal Clinic for all your pet needs. They have an amazing staff that really work with you and listen when you have concerns regarding your pet.

I've always been pleased with every visit I've made. I frequently foster young kittens and the doctors here have been incredible in helping me to care for every animal whether it's the youngest kitten (2 weeks) or one with special needs. They've never come across as "money hungry" and instead told me the cheapest and healthiest way to give them the care they need. Any time a stray finds me (very often), I always know where to go.Additionally, I've had pets spayed and neutered both here and at other clinics and the care they receive is unrivaled. There is nothing as comforting as receiving a call to let you know when your pet is going in to surgery and then getting a call to tell you that they're finished and they did well.When Petey's amputation wound (from prior abuse) popped open and started leaking, they not only cared for him free of charge but dealt with a somewhat frantic teenager soaking wet from the rain and her dog's blood with ease. Upon that dogs cancer diagnosis just in June, Dr Billings was kind but honest about his outlook and gave us the support we needed to make the best decision for him.I couldn't recommend the office enough. If you love your pet like family, treat them like family. Just like you wouldn't let your grandma go to a crappy doctor, don't let your pet. I wish that they did routine care for rabbits but they still will have my business any opportunity I get.

Carried out fur baby in for vaccinations today, everyone was glad to see us and attentive to our questions and needs. Every surface was shiney clean! Recommend most definitely. Every where else I've got it seemed like the vets/assistants were in it for the money. Thank goodness for the Grant animal clinic. You can tell they really care!!!

Not impressed with this clinic. Never saw the vet, brought in a stray kitten who never saw the vet. Yet they wanted to charge me $60 for a new pt appt, which I was told was free for young kittens. Was very disappointed since other reviews were good. The tech did the whole appt. Was astonished by the way things were handled, appt took 2 hours. Won't be bringing any other animal here.

Dr. Billings and staff really know how to work and have fun! They have a big heart as well. I adopted a cat from these guys and Dr. Billings was super concerned and giving advice on the cat.Just like Sadie, they usually have cute cats/dogs/etc to adopt. If you're looking for a new pet, they might have the companion you need!Staff cares for your pet like it was their own. They have a groomer who does a wonderful job too.

I love this vet. They love our pups as much as we do. We had a small emergency with our German and it went fantastic. Everyone in this office is wonderful. I would recommend for your fur babies. The prices are not bad either. ❤️

Grant veterinarian Dr. Billingsley and her staff are ALWAYS the best. Throughout the past 10 years, they have helped see me and my menagerie of dogs and cats through the good times with annual check-ups, various shots, and flea/tick management. They have also cried with me when we needed to do the dreaded humane good-bye to beloved companions and best friends. Yes, they're expensive, but worth the extra effort they take. They're no more expensive than any other good veterinarian.

I initially went to this vet due it being the closest to my house but, I am very happy with the care they give my dogs. I have even heard other people rave about this vet office that are a while away driving past several different offices to take their pets here due to the level of care and reasonable prices.

I think you guys did a great job caring for and about my dog Milly. Very friendly, cared about the questions I asked as well as taking time to answer them. Welcome and friendly over the phone. One of the things that bothered me has nothing to do with the customer service but rather the price for one of the medications. It cost $54 at the clinic and after I purchased it I found the same brand medication for $3 online. Other than that it was a very welcoming experience. I would have given 5 stars if not for the price of the medication.
