I ordered something I thought would come by mail. But then I received a message saying it would be delivered today. And then several messages saying it was on its way. It would be delivered at a specific time. And then a message my order had been canceled and to contact the store. I called and they said it was credited back to my card and I would have to come in to purchase what I ordered.

The ladies working in the pharmacy are very rude and disrespectful. If my doctor calls in a prescription you need to fill it you are not the doctor!

Just moved to Grand Bay area. This walgreens has been giving me trouble getting my medicine refilled since I moved her 4 months ago. Today I was denied my medication and told they would not refill my medicine due to increase risk of overdose. Asked if I could get 1 medicine refilled instead of all my medication and I was told it was still a risk of overdose. I was treated like a drug addict. If there is a pharmacist by the name of Christina working with blonde hair, do not try to get your medicine. She will treat you like a drug addict and will refuse your medication.

Came to pharmacy to pick up prescription for granddaughter. They told me they didn’t have it. To come back tomorrow. I went back still didn’t have it. Waited six days went back to get it. Told me, they didn’t have a prescription. Then they found it. Told me to go around the building and behind the other cars so she could go mix it. Went and waited pulled up to window and then they said again they didn’t have it. I could get it at Walgreens in Tillman’s corner. Tillamans corner walgreen is not my pharmacy. But I can promise you this after today grand bay Walgreens is not my pharmacy. I mean come on a week of waiting and you couldn’t get it in.

The people in the pharmacy were extremely rude to me. Treated me like I did something wrong even though I didn't. I even asked them to call my doctor to verify what I was doing and what I was saying. She told me no she wasn't calling him and for me to never come back. I left and went up the road to Rite aid and got it filled there with no problem. It's not right to treat people this way bc you are a pharmacy NOT a doctor.

Cashier emphatically told me Western Union was not working. Thank God Manager looked into situation for me. If you're looking to pick up money sent to you....go somewhere else!
