Grossly neglectful! Owner has no morals when it comes to injuring your pet and sending them home bleeding profusely. In response, the owner claims although rare, accidents happen. Which I do understand, but this is 2/4 injured dogs now that have happened at this facility. Taylor said she would give a $10 credit for the next appt, but seeing as though I tipped a lot more than $10, it was a rude offer. Our dog that we picked up today, had blood all over his face! If i knew how bad it was before paying I wouldn’t have tipped at all. Before even getting home, blood was all over us and the car.Taylor showed no sympathy. Merely an “aw I put some sugar on it, it should stop bleeding in 30 mins.” Good job on googling what to do when you cut a dogs tongue! Multiple people had to take off work and care our pup to make sure his injury stopped bleeding and wouldn’t get infected. We sent a screenshot of the vet bill just incase the owner had any morals, and she sends back a screenshot of the waiver form. Although, if she would even read her own waivers she would see that our dog is not old, temperamental, or aggressive. That waiver in no way legally covers them injuring a dog for pure inexperience on proper grooming techniques. As I have groomed him in the past, he’s still as a stone during his groomings. It’s pure neglect and rushing on their part. I’m unsure why they were still grooming him at 11:30am when we dropped them off at 7:30am. They said we were the first ones in. So what took all day?Never once did she say sorry. I think if it would have happened earlier in the day and she could have gotten it to stop bleeding, she would have hid the injury. This is even more confirmed considering she never even called to tell us about the injury.Overall this owner has no moral and cares little if any about the animals passing through her establishment. PET OWNERS BE WARNED. DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!

Wouldn’t recommend in my opinion she is a real con artist I let Taylor groom a standard poodle(black) in which I rescued she then offered to assist in taking dog to the vet I agreed in which Taylor had her adopted /sold without my consent upon blocking me to contact her in the return of the dog very cruel person I am very disappointed lesson learned everyone is honest

If I could give her 200 stars I would definitely do so!! She is so very friendly. Her rates are definitely better than Petsmart ect!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!

Taylor is super awesome, as well as her staff. Both of my dogs love her! Also, her prices are very reasonable and fair!
