The stores very clean and well organized. Staff are friendly. Only downside is the parking lot, but realistically that's to be expected in a smaller community.

I went to Greers at 10120 Grandbay-Wilmer Rd. Grand at, Al 36541 on 1/17/2024 to grocery shop with my grandson. We went to self-checkout and needed assistance to finish paying, at which point the cashier told me she couldn't help me. I asked for the manager who also said she couldn't help, both of them were rude and bothered that I dared need assistance while another manager looked on. I realize that they have numerous duties, but one of their jobs is to assist shoppers in getting groceries and purchasing groceries. Why are they there? I ended up solving the problem myself with alternative payment options thank goodness. What about others that don't have that luxury? My grandson was embarrassed and just wanted to leave. This is unacceptable, a grocery store for a whole community employs individuals who refuse to assist customers. That is what behavior we endured, both adamantly stating they could not fix the problem while another manager watched from the customer service desk. Horrendous to have that experience, knowing full well that they are supposed to be knowledgeable and trained for the position of cashier and manager. It frustrated me, working in customer service and cashiering before I was able to fix the problem myself. What about others that cannot?

Always ate at Greers,yesterday I got a dinner plate,Fish,mashed potatoes,and Mac and cheese,when I got home after eating the fish,not long and I was throwing up the whole night,I’ve never had this experience from eating here but idk maybe the fish wasn’t stored right or something but I won’t be eating fish from there ..

Customer service needs worked on. Cashier's are rude and act like it's a problem for them to do their jobs. The Ladies at the service deck are no better.

Not sure why they have 2 different taxes. I think it was store tax and state tax. instead of telling the customer about the change just to get more money. Just crazy

Store is clean and the staff is friendly. Selection is a bit thin, but that's not so bad. Good deli products. All of the employees are so nice ! The hot bar snacks are yummy, too. There always seems to be something good in the discount section. They just redid the parking lot, so that's a plus.

If you purchase mostly sale items, you can save big. Stock up on sale items,as they change weekly. Also,they have a decent deli and hot bar,serving lunch daily.

It’s a store and some of the workers are so sweet! Except one in the deli and one in dairy. Lord knows don’t touch anything when she’s near a door. She’s VERY irritated by questions also

So it’s 8:50am 8/20/2022. I shopped, and found everything I needed. The store is neat and clean! The only problem was at checkout. No checkout lanes were open. Only the self checkout was open. So I scanned and paid for my items. Meanwhile 4 or 5 employees including what looked like a manager just stood there talking. Just looked at me when I left with no acknowledgement at all. No thanks for shopping, not the first word. I was the only customer at the checkout. How can you retain business with that kind of attitude and lack of attention. I should have just went to Walmart if that was what I was looking for. I would have paid less, and would have expected nothing said.

My husband and I are proud to support local businesses. We are so blessed that they were open for business right after a major hurricane (Sally) to be able to shop for necessary groceries. The customer service was excellent. And we did not have to wait in line to check out. I would like to reiterate please support local businesses.

I love the Experience I get at Grand Bay Greer's CashSaver Store I have been going to Greer's CashSaver in Grand Bay, Alabama. Even When I was a little girl when it was another Name. But I also had and have The Best Experience with ALL Of The Worker's And The Best Manger's Ever At Grand Bay Greer's CashSaver.They Always Or Most Of The Time have what I or Someone Else wants to buy and if they don't have it,if you tell anyone that works there, About what you want they will surely look into the product to see if they can get it for you. Safety is always there, And they Care alot about the Customers that shop there and they are clean and someone will Ask me or others Customers is there anything they can help you with. Their prices are affordable with their Meat Department someone is always there to help you if you need. They are a 5 Star ⭐ Store When you shop there. And I will continue to shop there in the coming months

Horrible place they charge you 17% tax! This place ought to be put out of business! Check your receipt they charge tax twice! Outrageous. I try to shop local and keep my money local buy this place will never get another dime!

They have nice selection of everything. Except the bakery the cake is yum! The decorator on the other hand was awful & she honestly thinks she’s good. My cake box perfectly tapped hurry hurry let’s pay and have a nice party get to the truck open the lid no wonder the entire cake has a huge crack all the way across it. I asked for auburn colors so she adds a kit & the price changes not a huge deal if it looked good. She’s very rude and overly cocky. I think they promoted her in the deli bakery. They have some of the sweetest ladies over there but not her. She’s snappy and very condescending.
