We came to understand we needed to schedule to drop-off our pet and schedule to pick her up. We let her know we’d text her the morning of pick-up. On the day of pick-up at 10am we text to see about a 2-3pm pick-up and she said she’d text us around 1pm, it shouldn’t be a problem and that she had to leave because her “cleaning lady” was there cleaning. Well- by 3pm, after waiting around to hear from Carleigh so we could go get our dog- we let her know that it was getting unprofessional (being blown off) she then called with a bit of a flippant tone and said she was visiting her Aunt who had a knee replacement and she could meet in about an hour- yet when we arrived her mother who was also waiting out front.. said she’d been there… it was all extremely awkward and not a very good situation to have to deal with. Really made us question the care our pet received, or didn’t receive.We didn’t have a professional experience and don’t trust the care of our pet with her again. We understand scheduling to drop-off and pick-up but having customers wait hours for a response on when they can pick up their pet and multiple excuses that don’t make sense. When you’re taking care of someone’s fur babies you need to be available on pick-up day if you require them to schedule an appointment to pick-up/ don’t blow off contacting customers, don’t be rude/ flippant on the phone because it’s an inconvenience and then ask them to meet you when you get around to it. - it’s not professional.
