This dollar general is cleaner than others I've been in while simultaneously being packed to the fullest capacity. It is my favorite Dollar General, and I'd give 5 stars if the employees ever offered help and a smile. Don't get me wrong, all the ladies are nice, but they are stand offish, they don't talk to the customers more than the obligated Scripts. I'd just be nice to have a place that seemed to care about the customers.

The manager is not a very nice person. She is neurotic, high strung, and not professional at all. I am a vendor that is now NOT going to call on her store anymore due to her rude unprofessionalism. She has a LOT to learn on talking and discussing issues with people. She berated me in front of other employees and customers as LOUD as she could. Luckily this in not an assigned store, so I have the WONDERFUL option of NOT calling on her store again.

This site in Gordo was a mess and I'm not talking for a day or two. Shelfs empty aisles blocked stuff sitting on the floor. They had carts full of merchandise to be stocked on selfs. These carts sat for over a week same ones nobody touching them. We had to move carts and boxes out from in front of shelf so we could get to the things we needed. Here comes the best part when we go to check out, the cashier sees our cart and makes a sound of discuss. She then informs me we don't have any bags, of course I know better because I see some at next Register. I said that's fine and walked over and removed those bags and brought them over. She finished our ringer us up i bagged everything and walked out after spending over$256.00 dollars in that nasty store not any more. We stop at the one in Coker or anywhere else even if we have to go out of our way.

They need to improve on keeping the store clean and making it more accessible for customers to shop especially if someone is using a wheel chair it's almost impossible to get down the aisles. Remember the customers should be number one if they can't shop and buy what they need the store will not remain open

Every single time I go in here it's an ordeal. If not with my transaction, the person in front of me. I love the store manager, she is the sweetest. But everyone else needs to get on board!

This DG had sale items and new items that my Dollar General doesn't have back home and also the young lady that checked me out, Sunshine, was so sweet and friendly! I would definitely visit this DG again!!

A lot that I have problems with things are not priced on the shelves.And when they are priced it is not always right. The other day I found things I paid a lot more than shelf price.The clearance section says price as marked but there is no price on them.I think I am going to stop going there.

Very clean and organized. You have space to move through the aisles. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

It is a shame the amount of time this store is closed. They might as well lock the doors. It's a good thing Family Dollar opened next door.

It is now under new management and there are getting the store back in order and clean again hope it stays that way but the employee need to be a little more helpful and friendly

The place was a mess, they have carts all in the way its impossible to navigate, I'm fat I have a hard enough time getting around.
