Most of The Staff Hate Their Jobs Apparently because they were acting like they didn't want to be there and shoppers were a burden We don't Shop there much and apparently the community feels about the same way. They went downhill really fast being a fairly new business.

This was supposed to post to Jacks in henagar at not family dollar.Stopped by after church to get lunch. Usually really good food and service. Did not get either this time. Ordered 2 blt sandwiches. Wanted the blueberry and cream cheese pie but they did not have them any more. Got the apple pie. Asked if they had peach ice cream, they said just a min. Let me check. They came back and said yes. I ordered a shake. Got to the window, they said they didn't have peach ice cream so I got strawberry shake. Got home with order, the bit's were not toasted, just plain white bread. The apple pie were both could, not hot. Had to wait extra for the shake as they didn't start it until I pulled up to the window. All total, took 45 min to go through drive through. I started out 8th in line.Not really happy with this particular store in began at alabama. Other Jacks I have been to have been excellent.

Good service and have a lot of stuff I like it because I live in a small town and you half to go into the closet town to get some of the things you need but they have eliminated me having to do that because they have a lot of supplies & items

Staff friendly and helpful shelves stocked better than Walmart and they haven't been closing as some of the others due to staffing shortage! Good job staff!

I'm visiting family in Geraldine and have been to this Family Dollar (Dollar Tree) twice. They are the friendliest and go all out for customer service. 😊Much Appreciated😘
