Staff was great in assisting with frame selection and strive to ensure patient satisfaction. I was VERY PLEASED with the service I received @ Southern Focus Eye Care. From the time I walked in the front door until the time I left, all the office staff, nurses & Dr herself were very pleasant & thorough in explaining everything. Stop going to doc in a box eye doctors and come see Dr. G! Wow! First visit I find out I have a genetic issue with my eyes that none of my high dollar nor quickie docs have ever found. Amazing! It’s like being blind then suddenly being able to see! I’m in shock! The best!

My family and I have been going to Southern Focus for a few years now. One of my daughters got ortho k contacts from there and we love them. My other daughter gets her glasses prescription and I get glasses & contact prescription from there. We are very happy with their service this year. Last year we had some issues with one the employees there but they are not there anymore. I feel they are more customer focused now.I’m giving four stars because I feel their glasses/contacts prices can be much better, compared to prices for glasses/contacts at other places in the immediate area.I feel their exams are good and I appreciated the time they took for our exams and my contact fittings.

Absolutely love Dr Dorrine and her staff. She always does a thorough exam. I have multiple health issues and she sends needed reports to all my specialists.They have a nice selection of eye glasses and sunglasses and have always provided follow up care when things happened with my glasses.

The whole process start to finish was fabulous. The staff were all knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. I called Southern Focus Vision Center after leaving a different office when they told me our insurance plan did not cover glasses (I verified with our insurance company a week prior that we did in fact have coverage). When I called Southern Focus, they confirmed what my insurance company had said and I went to their office the next day. We were immediately greeted upon walking in, the intake process was easy and I appreciated the knowledgeable guidance in selecting the right pair of glasses for my 2 year old. The glasses were ready for pickup in just over a week. They made sure the glasses fit my daughter properly and provided us with a case, 2 cleaning cloths, lens cleaner and even some candy for the kids. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The front desk girls need to remember that they are the first impression anyone sees at Southern Focus Vision Center. I have worn eyeglasses for almost 40 years, so I am certainly going to inspect my purchase for my son's new lenses before I leave with them. However, ONE of the young workers was very disgruntled that I wanted to take a literal minute to examine my purchase. I honestly do not care who has inspected them or how guaranteed my purchase may be. As a consumer, I reserve the right to examine any of my purchases. When she went back to the lab, she kept running her mouth about me, which is very unbecoming of the practice, requiring us to seek elsewhere for our eye care needs and vision purchases.

I have had a great experience with Dr Goldschmidt. I went in about 4 months ago for an eye exam and it had been a while since I had been in. I knew my vision was worse but I did not expect to hear that I had cataracts on both eyes. Dr G advised surgery and I’m so thankful for that advice. I have had both eyes done now and have had several post op visits. The entire office is helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Dr Goldschmidt to any family or friend looking for eye care.

Dr. Haley Smith is so thorough, professional and extremely kind. The best eye doctor I've ever been to! Her staff is so nice and accommodating and the building is very clean which is important in my eyes. Diane is also very knowledgeable in fitting anyone for glasses if you're looking to get a new pair. I definitely recommend going to Southern Focus!
