My first visit was today. I couldn't be more thrilled. I have 3 little dogs to get groomed. They got me in quickly. I was greeted with smiles when I arrived and they were so accommodating. My poodle looks fabulous!! I finally got the cut I had been wanting at my previous groomer but never received. My Yorkie and Bichon were groomed to perfection also!! I highly recommend this place!! They definitely have my business now and I will be recommending them to everyone!!

We take all 3 of our dogs to Myra’s and she does a great job. Even our 100 lbs pup that only likes family does great with Myra. She does stay very busy as of late, but for our pups to feel comfortable, it’s worth the wait and planning ahead to get an appointment.

Used to love taking my dogs here and they always did a great job. For over a year I call, leave a message and NEVER get a returned phone call. I’m happy they have so much business I can’t even get a call to make an appointment. It’s poor customer service for someone that brought they pets there for over 10 years.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for the last 2 years and now I’m no longer going back. It used to cost $30 for my 50 lb dog to get a bath and tidy and now it’s $50, and I have 3 of them. I called to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they told me they would rather I bring my dogs in on separate days so that I don’t use up all of their space for other customers. I told them I would rather not make 3 separate trips on the different days. She said “well, we could do it but they might be here all day.” Needless to say I found somewhere else that would accommodate my dogs on the same day.

Myra's is pretty great! For $15 my small dog can get bathed and pampered! She always comes home smelling great and feeling super soft, and they always give her a cute bandana! I gave four stars instead of five because it's a small building and all of the dogs in there barking seems to get pretty loud, which may be unsettling to some dogs. That, and they are so popular that you usually need to make an appointment and/get there first thing when they open on saturdays, or they will be booked up already. Totally worth making that happen though!

went in for a bath and a blow out and they didn’t give him a blow out. had an 8am appointment and it took them 5 hours to just give him a bath. the worst service ever. and i just found a tick on him so yeah. never going back again! i tried calling and calling when he was there and no one would even answer. i never leave reviews like this but this was the worst service i’ve ever experienced.

staff was very friendly, building looked clean, but our dog looks horrible. his fur is different lengths and his head and tail were not blended. His belly was cut. And what ever finishing spray they used to "Make him smell good" smelt terrible poor dog smells like he had a whole bottle of perfume sprayed on him.

Do not take your dog here. Every time I take my Mini Schnauzer they shave him completely bald. The first time they did it I thought maybe they messed up. The next time I specifically told them several times to give him a Schnauzer cut and they still cut all of his hair off! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!

They did not give my dog a bath and his cut was terrible. Uneven cut and way shorter than we discussed. His tail hair had still knots in it and was dirty. I will not take him back.

Took my pet there for flea bath and a trim..after picking him up, noticed he was scratching on the way home and his fur was gapped in places and was shedding worse than he was before I took him there..also smelled funny. I dont think they brushed him after they cut his hair. When I got home, I went to pick him up and he whimpered like he was sore or something. I don't know what they did to him but I won't be taking him back to myra pet salon!!

I have specifically asked for certain things to be done multiple times and have not gotten what I paid for.The last time I took my small dog, the woman at the front desk wrote down exactly what I asked them to do. When I picked my dog up, NOTHING was done that she wrote down.
