I stopped in because I saw the beautiful flowers as I was passing by. I was assisted by the nicest young man named Ashton. He was so helpful and informative. The assortment and colors of the fall flowers are awesome. I know now where to go for my indoor and outdoor foliage!!

Always clean, well stocked, and well-staffed. I like how ACE has remarketed itself. Getting all the stores to have the same storefront gives continuity to the brand. Their stores never keep very many of each item they sell in stock. But that gives them room for a bigger and better variety of products. So I always take a couple of extra minutes to walk around a few aisles after I have what I need. I'm always amazed by the products that I didn't know they had or maybe the selection of that product. There's hidden gems on every aisle. Even the paint aisle. Let's be honest with each other, nobody WANTS to go into the paint aisles. Not even painters. But go check it out. The selection of brushes or sandpaper or those little hidden gems may catch your eye. You just might stumble on what you didnt know you needed for that other project you have going on at home.

Terrible customer service typical corporate location claim they are helpful and ace is the place, ace will no longer be my place since they are unwilling to help and left me stranded. Shame on the people in this location and the nasty lady named Betty. She should not be in charge of anything or anyone.

Andrew was amazing! I was shopping for a Stihl chainsaw and he was very helpful and knew his product. I was happy with my selection and and the purchase process. Unfortunately when I brought the chainsaw home my wife could not pull start it (I mainly bought it for her.) I brought the chainsaw back and asked if I could exchange it for the same size with the easy-start feature which cost about $50 more. He was very accommodating and after a close inspection to verify the saw wasn’t used he gladly exchanged it. I can’t say enough about the people and service. Oh and my wife loves her new chainsaw!

Worst customer service encounter.Will never return. Was so excited to pick gift for wife and use a small amount reward card. Was told it wasn't accepted for my item. I showed the notice that clearly indicated brand along with comment, "no brand exclusions for this reward". My experiance in business is to satisfy the customer.This is certainly not the intent of the staff. I left disappointed and with no gift.

Prices can be higher on some items vs. Lowes or Home Depot. Offer a good point system and $$ off coupons as well as military discount. Employees are very nice and helpful.

Workers or actually eager and happy to help find whatever you are looking for. They also have high-end clothing at great prices. I still love shopping at the store everybody is friendly they always have really neat unique merchandise you can buy as gifts or for yourself. And every time you go in it's not always the same stuff they're always changing it up putting new stuff out If you hadn't shopped here I would definitely recommend it

Very clean business with great employees. I have had nothing but good experiences while shopping at this Ace.Shelves are always stocked and in nice order and it’s not hard to find what you are looking for.The only thing that keeps them from getting five stars is the orientation of the building. I’m not sure what engineer or planner designed the entrance and exit to the parking lot, but they should be replaced.

Absolute best staff, they don't just tell you where to find something, almost always they wealk you to it and make sure you find everything you want. Good selection and well stocked, prices are marginally higher than Lowe's but to me it's worth the extra little bit not to have to fight traffic to get into Lowe's parking lot and fight the bad drivers trying to hit you. Ace is easy to run in and grab 1 or 2 things, check out is always a pleasant experience and the ace rewards program is awesome. Get coupons every month and earn points for more savings and better coupons, even get a reward coupon after so many points. Great store, great company and parking lot is great, even though it is shared with Buffalo Wild Wings.Edit, still love it, even more in spring and Summer, the plant and garden selection is huge

Special shout out to the manager, I believe his name is Hamilton. He went above and beyond to make sure I brought home an awesome firepit for the family tonight.

Service is ALWAYS 5 stars here. Everyone greets you and always asks how they can assist. I have met the owner a couple times and he is very friendly as well. I try to do all house maintenance shopping here because the experience is always perfection.

Generally a very good store and clean, helps keep me out of Lowes. However, I've had 3 occasions where the purchase price on the shelf tag was different from what was rung up when I checked out. Just make sure you get the correct price.

This is what a home improvement store should be. Walking in the store feels “like the good old days”. Friendly and knowledgeable staff around every corner, well stocked with premium products, and unbelievable service. I bought a Gravely mower from them and the service has been awesome! Definitely worth the drive to avoid the big box pain.

It’s a Holiday and the team at ACE of the South are hard at work. They were closing early for the 4th of July. I walked up as they were closing the doors and as I turned away the store manager said come on in and get what you need. They could have said that they were closed and I would have understood but they appreciate their customers and this is a customer that appreciates them and all they do. Thanks again and Happy 4th of July.

Very nice place to shop. I have been to this location on a few occasions now and have yet to be disappointed! I highly recommend this location based on the employees expertise and willingness to help you with whatever you need. The store is still like new and everyone in the store has a smile on their face.

This store has various items in stock. I needed A Big Green Egg item that was out of stock in other stores and was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked that section was. The staff greeted me at the door and made sure I found everything needed. I don't live in this area but will return to this store when in the area.

After a 1/2 day getting ran around by Lowes to 3 different stores ALL of which wouldn't sell me a mower (they had none assembled and wouldn't put one together) I was told to try here by a friend. Pulled in and was surprised to see over 20 mowers ready to go and probably another 30+ in crates. I ended up choosing the Ariens Apex 52" after 2 employees spent a good 40 minutes helping me, offering advice and the option to drive everything around the lot and in the grass. They went to load it up and it wouldn't crank. The store owner, 2 service techs and the Gravely rep that was there spent 30 minutes working on the mower to find a loose ground from the factory. They fixed it, tested the new unit and adjusted everything to fit me (I'm a big guy so they wanted to make sure it was comfortable). Incredible store, everybody went above and beyond to help me and get me fixed up as quickly as possible, they filled out all warranty papers for me and handed me a packet with all the paperwork and loaded the mower for me, all in nearly 100 degree heat.

First is good location. Second is stocked well. Third is great service. Fourth is the employees act like you would want them to act (Like you are dealing with a friend). Fifth is the prices are reasonable already. Sixth was the Ego tool selection off in a side room was just awesome. Reminds me of how Buddy Sparks used to be in N. B'ham. As Arnold says "I'll be back."

All the workers were so kind to help find the items we were searching for and recommended great products to try! Loved the vast selection of brands! Definitely shopping here again in the future! 💯
