The supply of products you carry is great; but the dog washing station ( the entire room is an utter disgrace!!!!! The entire room , including the bath sinks were nasty. The floor was wet and dirty, the metal sink had a sharp edge at the closure, no towels, and only a cold air blower to dry the dogs with. This would be a great service for people if it was done right. I would give 4 stars for the store overall, and 0 stars for the dog washing station. ( We used it this service 2-3 months ago. ) D. Moon- Glencoe, AL

We carried our dog to give him a bath. The dog wash was very dirty. It smelled horrible and you could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We went at 10 am and there were dirty towels, hair in all the brushes, the bathing sinks were nasty as well as the drying station. 100% would not recommend.🙅

They have what I need when I need it. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized store. Another thing I like is they don't change the store around very much. So it's easier to find stuff the more you shop there.

Bought over $100 worth of trees, flowers, seeds and more. Planted my peach trees and have been patiently waiting to see if they are going to bloom like all the rest of the fruit trees I got. They are dead as a doornail. And tractor supply does not replace any trees or do refunds on them. So i suggest going elsewhere 🤷‍♀️ $50 that I lost out on. Oh well, lesson learned.

Pick-up of on-line order fast, correct, and totally painless! Employee who brought it to my car and put it in the trunk was polite, prompt, and personable! Even gave me an extra... a smile! 😊

The last time I was there Boaz I bought a lock and hasp then when I got home only had the lock so went back and they were rude . So I left then next day I found the lock where my dogs took it after it fell out of the bottom of the bag

These guys are really helpful. I have this OLD Briggs ans Stratton lawn mower I am bound and determined to keep running. The belt shredded had a hard time finding it. Not only did they help me find this odd part from the 80's they had it... and even got it for me and had it at the desk waiting. Dog friendly too!

Awesome store but they have a poor boot selection and could do better on work and cowboy boots and they have very limited outdoor power tools except riding mowers

If you need things for house or the farm this is the place. They have all things to protect your garden to your flowers. They have the all the things to protect your farm animals and your pets you keep at home. They even have some clothes you need to work in and the western clothes you like to wear. Check them out too find your needs.

We come here to get items that aren't readily available elsewhere. This is usually for our pets. Some of their prices on their products are reasonable, but there is a lot that is higher priced than elsewhere.

The customer service by some of the employees is awesome! I'm not just saying that because I work there. Others shouldn't be in customer service. I've had some pretty hateful customers, I just smile and say have a great night.

I came in today and didn't find what I wanted. So as I was leaving the alarm went off for no reason. They told me to come to the desk. They ask me to take out my wallet so I didn't I kept telling them I had nothing in there to make the alarm go off. But undoubtedly they didn't belive so i finally had to dump out my purse just to prove i hadn't stolen anything. They couldn't find anything that would had made it go off. Won't be back.

I approached cashier Gema with a wire stretcher I received for Christmas, receipt in hand and the item in a sealed original box. She said, , "you can't return something over a year". I told her she was mistaken, and that it was less than six months. In a frustrated voice she said "well, you can't return something after 30 days". I reminded her I hade a receipt and the item was in its unopened box. She just said it was the rule. I asked where this rule was written as there were no signs to that effect and it wasn't on my foot long receipt. She scurries to another cashier position and from somewhere pulled an obscure postcard pointing to it. I asked to see a manager. She first responded there was none available. When I said I would look for one she begrudgingly picked up the phone and spoke to someone. Next I see this young man (assistant manager stomping down the aisle toward me. She intercepted him and said something. He immediately approached me saying "you are not getting a refund, its over 30 days" never giving me a chance to speak. I asked how customers were supposed to know that and he said "because I said it". I told him to get me the lady manager (Melissa). He said she wasn't there (I thought I had seen her) and I needed to leave. I started to say something and he immediately shouted "Get out". I told him he was out of line...he about became hostile coming toward me shouting "Get out", I was actually in fear of my safety and should have called police. When I went to leave, a horseshoe fell from the cashier position and he yelled at me to pick it up. I told him I wouldn't and he stared irately, again "Get out now" and he followed me out. I returned to ask for an 800 number and he said "We don't have one" with another "Get out". This lunatic is going to cost Tractor Supply a serious assault lawsuit. I would not return to that store knowing he is still employed. I placed a call to TS customer service. The real, and very capable, store manager later called me and said she would correct the situation if I could bring the item back for a return in the morning. I did and was treated exceptionally well and quickly under Melissa's supervision by a wonderful cashier (Abby). That part gets 5 stars.

Went in there the other day to pick up a couple things. We were ignored by the 4 employees at the registers. Finally one of the guys helped us but acted like we were a terrible burden. Don't think I will be going back

Had always used the one in East Gadsden, but, kinda fell away when Harbor Freight came to town. WELL NOW, Store has been transformed and better quality plus more than just TOOLS.. GOTTA say, with GOD; EVERYTHING IS GOOD!!!!@!@@@!!!

Good dog food . Also if the dogs don't like the food you can return . The 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the attitude a certain kid gave me a few times I was in there . However an employee took notice informed a manager and my next visit I was assured the situation was addressed and it wouldn't happen again . Good to know and a convenient place . As long as the kid minds his manners I'll continue to visit . If he doesn't I will update but so far so good and it's a not an issue . Only complaint I do have about this place is they don't have the food I need at the size I want some of the time . Now maybe it's because it sells but they could do a little more to keep the stock up.

Love this place. Bella was helping us and she was totally great. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. I buy the 4 health dog food from there, kinda expensive but worth every penny of it.
