It was Ok. It took longer than expected to have my dog groomed. The cut should have been shorter and groomer did not trim his hair inside ears. She was very nice and congenial.

We just picked up our girl and she looked ragged in spots plus I specifically asked the groomer to trim her tail nicely, but it wasn’t.After 5 1/2 hours there, I would’ve thought she looked better and she has in the past but not today unfortunately.For an inflated rate of $77 (how is that even possible?), our dog should’ve come out ready for a beauty pageant!But NOOO, we’re having to trim her up some more; beard, underside belly, tail, etc.

Savannah did a great job on our foster dog. This is the first dog we have saved thst required grooming. Savannah and Susan, the manager, spent time discussing grooming with me, what it involves and how often it should be maintained. I am very happy with the service and the care the foster dog got!

Took our small chi weenie , kept her for 3 hrs and seemed to have rushed the job when my daughter came to pick her up and she wasn’t ready . Girl was outside on her phone .Literally just a bath , clean ears , and clip nails . Her nails were AWFUl . Jagged and sharp pieces that actually were cutting us ! When I called to see if I could get them to fix the problem they wouldn’t call back . No apology at all . Never again . If you like your dog sitting in a cage for 3 hrs in a strange environment , rushed , and nails butchered then go ahead . Never again !

Everyone greets u when u go in. Everyone speaks to Sumrall. Tabitha stops what she's doing to come get Sumrall. Not someone else. I think this is AWESOME that she always makes sure that she waits & me & gets Sumrall. Makes me feel more comfortable bc she knows me & Sumrall.
