Okay, so. First time coming to this Petco. And all I have to say is man, it was pack. And I don't mean like packed with a lot of people. I mean, they had so much stuff in the store I. Practically got lost in it. I had so many options. I felt like a kid lost in a candy store for pet supplies.But once I got my bearing down and I figured out the layout, it wasn't that difficult for me to find what I was looking for. Which was an automatic water dog bowl. And a few other items to go along with it like doggy mouth wash and a few dog treats.I did have a few questions about the automatic water bowl, and I asked one of the employees about the filters, which I could not find on the back wall. At least the Pacific ones for my bowl. And would you believe it? She told me that they do not sell the filters at their pecco. And we both agreed that that's a bit ridiculous. If you're going to sell the product, you should sell the add-on that goes with it.Well, she was kind enough to solve my problem with the filters because she has the same water bowl at home for her own dog. And told me where I can order the filters myself Online Or if I wanted To buy them in person which store to go to.All in all, I do see myself Coming back to this Petco store.

Not satisfied with the collar I bought for my puppy it has fraded and is falling apart. 9.99 plus tax and I went in to buy a small carrier they said they had for 24.00 no can do 79.00 dollars and then I get told that is a online price. Well you lost another customer and maybe you should train your associates better in the knowledge of the product. Then one of my friends went in and found a carrier for 19.99 and the one for 24.00 Never again. Thanks upset customers 🤬

I have purchased several hundred dollars worth of fish and several more hundred in supplies. The fish are all sick. I just recently purchased 20 rummy nose 20 black fin and 24 ghost tetra. Out of 60+ fish I have 3 left. Water is perfect they even tested it. Temp is well within range. These are in a 75 gallon tank so over population isn't the problem. And it takes several weeks to get your refund put back into your account.

Had a great visit in and out very quickly. Store very clean and well stocked, so much better than I’ve seen in the past!!!! I give it two thumbs up!!!!!

So I caught a bass out of the creek it was my daughter's first fish it lived for 6 months it recently passed away she was really sad so I came here to buy 10 gold fish to replace her Bass the goldfish is no bigger than a nickel the lady asked me how big of a tank that I had I told her a 10 gallon tank and she told me that I had to have a 55 gallon tank for one goldfish she will not sell me none of the bait fish that I wasn't going to use to feed to anything I was going to use them for pets for my daughter she would not sell me these because she said my tank was not big enough for one of the goldfish are you kidding me I will never come here again this is the lady told me that this is how she was trained I think this training program needs to be changed how much money do you lose by doing this and nothing was going to eat my goldfish. It's been one week later I've returned to the store guess what I was treated so well this time I lied like hell I said I had a 5000 gallon fish tank I gave them a sad story they sold me as many damn goldfishes I wanted this time it was wonderful thank you so much I only have a 10 gallon fish tank I figured it out I'll keep coming back and I'll buy whatever I want I'll just lie like hell.. thank you so much sincerely Kendall Charles Barnes.

Chris is completely incompetent! The reptiles are covered in mites, they are not cared for properly. There have been several times I have been in there and the animals don’t have food or water. Their cages are filthy and they smell terrible.I have brought this to Chris’s attention and he blows me off. I don’t think he even looks at the animals. He really has no business being a manager anywhere. Some of these pictures are animals I have bought and tried to save but haven’t been successful. Some of them were taken in Petco within the last week. There were several empty bowls in the tanks. The smell was horrible over around the small animals. This is how they treat the reptiles in their store. The white chameleon is actually a panther and she should be pink. Not white. They also house bigger chameleons with very small chameleons which is very dangerous for the little ones as chameleons are solitary animals and they will fight the smaller ones and won’t let the little ones eat.

Adopted a kitten. The animal shelter was nice, however the manager of Petco was pretty rude to us.Just went back in today and felt the need to update my review.This place never fails to totally disappoint!Rude, unprofessional employees that have no idea how to properly care for the animals in there care.Reptiles are under fed, in subpar habitats. Over crowded and sick looking.They currently have a Savannah monitor there. A store like this shouldn't have these. What most people dont realize is they do not stay small. These beautiful creatures get up to 78 pounds! Most of the population can not give them the adequate care they need. Not to mention the dietary needs.The fish are sick, very thin from lack of proper feeding, tanks are dirty.The bettas.... a lot of them were dying... just bones basically. The thing is with living animals guess what!?! They have to get fed to live.The Guinea pigs were very over crowded. There were 5 shoved into what I'm guessing is a 20 gallon tank.Forget trying to get an employee to help you at this store. They act like you're just getting on their nerves and wasting their time. Hello this is your job. But that's assuming you can actually find someone there to help you in the first place.They need to stop carrying animals at this location. The blonde manager needs to be fired and they need to staff the place with people that actually know about animals.I really wish video could be uploaded to the reviews!

Best groom my dog has ever gotten!!! Coming here is definitely out of our way but they do such a great job it's worth it. The staff is awesome and always has time for questions. They are very accommodating to our schedule. We are over the road truckers and typically can't make an appointment until the last minute. They have been AWESOME! Give them a try you will be SO glad you did!!!!!

This place really mad me sad .. These pictures say it all... We told a staff member about a bigger fish caught in the pump in one of the tanks it was still breathing and my kids 5 and 7 noticed it the staff member said ohh we will take care of it never asked what tank where nothing . We waited to see if anyone came over they did not how would they they didn't even know where. They said what I wanted to hear so I would leave them alone. Sad that this place is responsible for animals big and small .

I've always been satisfied with my dogs grooming but he smells like he didn't even get a bath. And he got the extra for skin. His faces cut looks like he was just clipped around the edges. His nails look chopped

It's never crowded when I go. they keep it clean. they are always nice and help me find the right stuff for my rabbits. The PRICE for Rabbit Litter COST a LOT for it to be papper. But they are the only place close that has the one I need. I have to get the papper pellets litter. Cuz one of them has long hair. she's a lion head rabbit. The confetti paper later always get tangled up on her bottom and it's almost impossible to get off So if you have a long haired rabbit I highly suggest you use the paper pellets litter. I don't get their food there anymore cuz their pee was turning milky white. that means they're getting too much calcium. and I couldn't find one that had really low calcium there well they had one that was good but it wasn't in stock half the time. but Walmart has one if anyone is trying to find rabbit food with less calcium in it for the rabbit it's called menu.

My baby had two knots on the top of her head and the lady said she cut them out and did her best to blend it in. They didn't trim any of her hair- pads, sanitary areas etc. I also paid extra to get her nails buffed so they were not so sharp and my arms were all scratched up before leaving the store. Very unsatisfied and and I think I definitely deserve a refund.

Went in to pick up some things for my cats and the girl with the green in her hair was so sweet, helped me find just what I needed. I felt so bad for her though, a group of teenagers were honking the dog toys for all they were worth the whole time I was there. Just laughing and making an awful racket, gave me such a headache can’t imagine how bad it was for the poor cashier.

Everyone is soooo helpful and friendly there. The guy who helped us with our fish was super intelligent (he also helped my son get a hamster and he was super sweet working with it). Highly recommend this Petco!Was also super clean, organized, and just an all around pleasant shopping experience.

Ball pythons are my favorite animal, and Petco is notorious for having poor care. This one was no exception. Ball pythons were housed together (a big no-no), inaccurate humidity guages (two guages a foot apart from one another had readings 40% different from one another), and giving incorrect care information (temperature and humidity) to customers.These animals were dehydrated, skinny, and stressed out.This Petco's saving grace was that I actually found an employee who would humor my complaints. He initially tried to brush off my concerns with "oh we check them daily" and "he's skinny because he's a baby" and "well, this one is skinny because he just got out of the infirmary" but I explained that I HAVE ball pythons and ball pythons should never be skinny and ESPECIALLY not when they're babies. Once he realized that I know a little something about the care of the animals, he humored me.He claimed that he would let the store manager know. Whether or not anything happens, I don't know. That snake was scarily skinny and dehydrated, and I hate Petco for treating them like a gold mine rather than a living, breathing animal with specific needs. They were mislabed as "rare" and grossly overpriced in an effort for the company to squeeze more money out of these animals.Company gets a 1 star. Employee who humored me earns points. I just want them to put the animals higher on their priority list.

Walked up to the checkout that had the light on. People working there walking right past me and nobody came or spoke to me at check out, stood around waiting on somebody to show up, and they never did show up, so I just left my stuff sitting there. Horrible service Also, the men's bathroom was very dirty and all the soap dispensers were broken...... Wish I could give a zero star....... I took my dog here for the first time because his regular groomer was sick. I was able to book an appointment within a few days. I was contacted regularly with reminders and once by the stylist to ensure I was scheduling enough time to complete all the services I had requested. On arrival I was greeted by Breana, the stylist who took care of my dog, she was exceptionally kind and great with my dog, easing my anxiety and making feel comfortable. He was well groomed and looked great! I will definitely use them again.
