My first time having firehouse subs was Friday nite. I had the jerked turkey sub. And omg it was amazing. The cashier was sooo friendly and told me how she like to get hers. So basically I enjoyed it so much I went back last nite and got the same sandwich. And once again everyone was friendly and welcoming. You have amazing workers and amazing food!!!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!

Called in Ahead. Order not ready. Walked up to the counter to pay. Paid , order still not ready. Had to wait 5 min before anybody would even take my money. Got told they were working on my food.(2 basic hot sandwiches, not a large order) Waited at a table and watched 3 different groups order after me and get their food. Still they have not called my name.....Walk up to counter to ask about my order. Worker is clueless when I give my name and asks what I ordered. He then walks over to the register area and finds my food which is now cold. No discount or refund offered. Manager implied it was my fault because I called in my order ahead???LAME!!!

Yesterday, I purchased 2 large Hook & Ladder subs ... worst sandwiches ever!!!There was hardly any meat but a ton of lettuce. Wasn’t going to post anything but ... for $27.50, I think I am entitled to. I would have taken these sandwiches back but since it is a 14 mile drive, I just will not ever go back. I do not recommend this place!

The atmosphere was very comfortable, and clean.It was nice that they brought our orders to the table instead of calling out our name.Everything was fresh, warm, and correctly made.My favorite is the Hook & Ladder. It's just a classic! Fresh turkey & ham, with or without cheese & all the fixings, soooo good!The Corned Beef is in it's own league! Nobody makes one like Firehouse Subs. All that gooey cheesy goodness, just yummy.I usually order large sandwiches so I will have extra to bring home for later. Just that good!Vegetarian options: You can order items with veggies only if you wish. It's all delicious!Parking: Plenty of parking with handicap parking available.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu availableWheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is wheelchair accessible and the entrance to the store is all the same level. Wide doors make entry easy.

This store in Gadsden Alabama is the best one I've ever been to. The young men and young lady that work the evening shift ALWAYS take the best care of us. My daughter has an onion allergy and they know us by sight. As soon as they see us, the wash their hands and change gloves And start making her sandwich. She always gets the same thing so for them to remember her order and allergies is amazing. I'm so happy with this place! If you haven't tried them, your missing out on great food and wonderful people.

Been one of my favorites for years. Not anymore. Almost 30 bucks for 2 combos. Drink machine is not working. They stated that they can't do anything about it. Food order was wrong. They have time to play on phones and flirt but they don't have time to time to do their jobs. Hire a manager. Train the workers.

Bread was stale, order wrong, and the employees seemed like they hated their lives and everyone in them. Did not feel welcome in there. The only thing they did right was put plenty of meat and toppings on my sandwich but the taste of that was overcome by the taste and texture of stale white bread.I will try again someday, it may have just been a bad day to go in.

Friday, 5/14 at lunchtime we ordered our food online and decided to eat in the restaurant and it was hot and ready on arrival. While there, everyone was working hard to get orders out fast. There was one guy there working hard at putting newly arrived stock away. He was hustling fast and sweating. I hope they know what a great employee they have and wish I had been able to get a name to recognize his hard work.

I have to say this about this restaurant, they fix any mistakes with out making the customer feel like they are a problem. I will definitely eat here again and again. They are also fast and efficient. The employees are friendly and polite. Keep up the good work.

We Ordered 2 steak and cheese subs and both were cold when we got home and the bread was stale. I was very disappointed, because I usually love their subs.

The sandwiches were good. The young man who took our order was sullen and acted as if he was bothered by our presence.The only thing that will bring us back is our occasional Firehouse sub addiction. Maybe he'll find a job more suited to his personality (the DMV maybe) and someone else will be at the register next time.

For this being a "fast food" franchise the sandwiches are exceptional. I've tried most sandwiches here but I am particularly fond of the 'Engineer' and the new 'Cajun Chicken' sandwiches. It's not the cheapest fast food restaurant but it is one of the better ones. If you want good food the price isn't really that bad. It usually costs around 30 bucks for my family of four.

Sub is always great, but what's the point of using the app to order and have a pickup time but you're still having to wait 12 minutes (after your specific pickup time)?? Placed the order on the app at 11:08 am, put my pickup time for 11:50 am, finally got my order at 12:02pm. People walking in were getting their orders before I got mine.

Have always loved firehouse and have ate at several but won’t be back. We always order 2 med combos and it always runs around 20. Yesterday when we ordered the guy said it would be $36 .30. I said no you must have got my order wrong that I only ordered 2 med combos. He said no that’s right, we’ve had a price increase. I kindly told him to cancel my order. No matter how much I like firehouse no sub is worth 17.50. So won’t be back 😢
