Workers are basically incompetent. I purchased a spendwell pre paid visa debit card here and had money loaded. Came back weeks later to have more money loaded to the card. They didn't know how, came back later during a different shift in hopes someone would know how and they still didn't know how and they had no reason why. I called the store twice to get this resolved and both times no one answered. I left a voice mail days ago and no one returned my call. I now need to get a new prepaid card.

By far the worst DG or any store I've ever been to. 1.The self pay was not working and the other 2 employees could see me but was just sitting in the isle talking to each other & not even putting stock up, also 2 shady people walked straight out wearing a jacket in 95° weather(prob stealing) and the talking employees were paying NO attention to the theifs or me at register needing to checkout out or the theifs. Waited over 15min before I was noticed and got checked out.I WILL EVER GO BACK TO THIS JOKE OF A DG!! Very Lazy workers and unorganized store. Straight Trash!!!

I went to the dollar general on college road, bought some drinks, realized that it didn't take my digital coupon off. I then brought it to the clerks attention who said that her manager would have to fix it. She motioned to her manager who couldn't bring herself to leave her break and come help a customer. I satt there 10 minutes at which time I just left. Do these managers not get paid to help customers?

They band people for no reason they lucky for no law suit yet 😡 just far the worst place I know so many people they have done it too just disgusting they let under age people work there as well behind the counter that ain’t got no since to be nice!! The manager there allowed everything to happen how disrespectful never again I’ll rather go somewhere else then this place

Love this location! It’s so much easier to get in and out of quickly than some of the other locations. They have been fully stocked every time I’ve been there and the employees have always been friendly and helpful.

it's clean which is good. they have a mostly good selection. but the employees were not wearing masks and that is frustrating. so they only get 3 stars.
